The environment was good , the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Klang

*The air-conditioning of the room so super *Breakfast presentation is exciting moreover they provide rare cheese forgot the name of cheese😅 the staff was friendly and helpful too by helping me warmed my baby food. *Swimming pool is quite fun with the playground my daughter love it until she don't want to have her breakfast properly because of swimming pool playground Attraction . *Check in & out all in smooth progress with friendly,helpful of your front desk staff & security Overall we had a wonderful stay and my daughter was surprised on her birthday preparation by her aunt's.

Baby cot that I requested not satisfied me due to the baby cot too big and high but the mattress put inside too lower not comfortable to put and take my baby inside.In future try to get the baby cot with adjustment so even 1x mattress still can adjust the high of the baby cot no need extra mattress to make it comfortable.

next to the mall, variety of food, at ground floor have 7 e cafe during midnight if you still hungry. near to tomyam and others restaurant.my kids love the swimming pool, a lot of parking, nice view. have some activities during night near to mall

-i have paid for late checkout one day before the last day at hotel, unfortunately on the day of checkout, the receptionist call me and ask when i want to checkout because already 12 noon. and my room key didnt function eventhough i already paid for late checkout. is it no communication between staf or the didnt key in the payment?? -the room little bit smelly with unpleasant odour.

We really enjoyed our stay, staff was fantastic so polite and helpful It's so handy to have 7/11 in the hotel lobby and the big shopping mall right next to it. Wich is you can enter from hotel right next to the 7/11 Everything was extremely clean and well maintained only one downside was bit far from central but if you have Grab app or your own transport you should be fine, because I didn't have both of that mafe it bit difficult for me If I vist Malaysia will definitely stay here again

Came 2nd time stay in this year. The most like is the front desk staff Ms.Rubinee welcome us with full of smiling face and proceed my booking well. Let me to check in earlier then actual time in.. This very helpful I was bring my baby to stay as well.. Keep it up and big thanks to the staff. The spa was awesome and check in customer rate is good..

The breakfast have minimum of variety and should improve more. The SPA need to improve more to guide customer the usage of each hot pool. My ladies went into spa & just utilise the hot bath without noticing there is switch to on for jacuzzi and bubble bath to turn on..

This is our 3rd time staying in this hotel. We like everything about the hotel. There are 2 pools for the kids and adults even the adult pool is suitable for the kids with a depth of 1.0 - 1.2m only. Staff are very friendly and accommodating especially in the reception and security. The hotel is connected to the mall and 7 Eleven Cafe so it was very convenient. The room and hotel facilities cleanliness is superb. Family room are great for the kids. Bunk bed with slide.

Bed topper is very thick and soft we woke up with back pain in the morning. The following night we removed and it was ok.

Male staff at cafe during sahur named fadzlin i guess. He was so efficient and run everything with smooth. I used to come here and give comment about qibla’ direction. When i come again, hotel already provide qibla’ direction. So kudos to hotel management for taking seriously every comment from customer. Surely i will repeat again

- hopefully reception can provide 2 access card instead of one only since the elevator need access card. - maybe at sahur meal, u can provide the same menu. Not everyone prefer heavy meals at 4am. But after all the dish was so delicious so congrates and please remain the chef

My third time staying here. The first was during the "soft-opening" and even then everything was already great. And now that it has 7/11 on premise and only less than 100 steps to enter the mall I couldn't possibly think of any other hotel in Klang to be staying from now on! Although the Esplanade Mall's Retail Space isn't full yet and I hope the next time I come to stay at KSL Esplanade Hotel it would even give better overall value!

All rooms come with a mini-fridge, however, it should remain open at all times during the stay because all lights would be off once leaving the room with the keycard access. However, there are things that I need to keep refrigerated like medications so I hope this message gets through to whoever is in charge to consider this situation. It's not only medications but some soft drinks should also be kept cool & refrigerated as well!

The breakfast was good, but not excellent. There's variety, but more would be nice. The *surrounding* area is not so great, not a lot of things to do, but the building itself is great since there's a mall in the same building. The pool area was awesome for the kids though, so nice!

We had a great time, but if I'm being picky, the hotel could do with a bit more more variety in breakfast and closer and more parking lots for hotel residence. The registration counter also could do with an express check out counter as we were stuck for a while behind customers who were checking in.
