I liked everything from check-in, room facilities, cleanliness and check-out process. Staffs was very polite and kept updating me on my early check-in request, much appreciated! (Extra RM50 charge for early check-in upon availability). Free parking provided. Good water supply and pressure at the bathroom.

1. The lift was creepy and old. 2. Noise of people from outside of the room was super loud and it effects the peace of fellow stayers. The hotel authorities could have advise them to control making loud noises at the walkway(no issue if it's in their room) while having fun so that everyone can stay in peace.

the view, environment and location of the hotel itself is pleasant and nice. The staff at the frontdesk on the day was very attentive to questions, speak kindly thus making the check in proceess easy. room was ok, reasonable with the price. parking space at the hotel also was spacious.

there's only 1 plug am in the room. only 2 pillow provided (for standard queen room) maybe can request the reception desk, im not sure but overall a good stay at the hotel.

Private parking available at the hotel. Have option breakfast. Due to pandemic, breakfast will be served to the room. Can add breakfast 1 pax rm5 if you bring your children together. Breakfast is nasi lemak only that pack in box. Room spacious is ok for 2 adult and 2 children primary school. For budget traveller, Single bed is ok to sleep 2 person (eg: mommy and daughter). Standard twin room with two single bed, is comfortable sleep with your children.

Housekeeping from 8am to 8pm. If you reach hotel on 7pm, and check in, checked the room has no towel and toiletteries. When you request, you need to go downstair and pick up by yourself. But is ok. The room only have 1 plug. You need to bring extension plug if needed especially when you and your partner at the same time want to charge phone battery. Bring also your Sejadah mat. Others is good.

The room was large. The aircond was very cold. Staff was friendly and helpful especially at the front desk.

No choice for breakfast. The cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved. Noise coming from the road can sometimes be deafening. Some areas in the hotel can use some updating.

Been more than 10 years since I last visited this hotel. Choose it due to nostalgic value but really caught me by surprise as the hotel has been thru an external renovation and it looks surprisingly quite good for my stay this time. Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Room wise, just nice for my stay. Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely coming back whenever I'm in Kluang!

For the standard rooms, hope they add more power points, a small clothes closet and a slightly better shower motor as the water pressure can be improve.

the room is spacious. very comfy with big window overlooking the garden. food is okay since they changed it from breakfast to sahur. staf is very friendly and polite.

the first room they gave me is filled with ciggarette smell. so they changed the room. the toilet was a little smelly so i needed to change the room.

The interior looks so antique but stylish at the same time. The lift looks a bit scary but still ok. Room is big enough for 2 adults, 3 kids Not many choice for breakfast but it’s good & delicious

It wasn’t as clean as I hope but still ok There’s a lot of ants in the bathroom There’s no lock to the bathroom/toilet

Always a fan of this hotel when I'm in Kluang. Unfortunately this time stayed during the sudden flood period so it has been dam, cold and raining throughout my stay. The hotel was attentive enough to inform me through their Whatsapp channel (which I appreciate very much 😬) that their hot water supply is not available due to the thunderstorm.
