Room and bathroom are clean. Location to eateries nearby. WIFI is fast. Free Car park available but few spaces. Cafe at the lobby. TV includes flight information (Great addition!).

Too small - no closet, bed is movable located in a strip of empty space. Wooden saddle chair with no back support. Bathroom's mirror has no light - hard to see with one light on the ceiling. Far from major malls. There is a mall like building right on the adjacent building but looks very few shops.

Your staff were excellent from the concierge to housekeeping. Room was clean and comfortable enough. Love having the hot and cold water dispenser just down the corridor and we used the iron too. Lift was very fast so didn't have to stand around for long.

The room safe was showing low battery. Told reception and the technician came and had a look but it was not reparable. Offered us another room which we accepted but had the same problem with the room safe. Maybe it's time to replace the room safes.

I book with your Recept 1 day before my flight for 6.30am taxi transfer. Your Recept suppose to book a taxi to sent me to airport the next day morning 6.30am. She did not do it. I waited till 6.50am than called my own grab. I was late 1.30 hours for my flight. And when I approached the counter at 6.35am and ask if the taxi is coming. Recept say coming just a bit late but on the way. Bad service. If cannot book taxi. Just let us know. We can find other options.

Basic amenities, but the room was good value for money and in a very convenient location.

There were coffee packets (but no teabags) in the room but no kettle or way to prepare the coffee. It wasn't a big deal, but I found it strange.

The hotel has a good lobby receptionist, door open by staff, friendly and warm welcoming, good practice of hygiene , had air purifier inside the lift, room comfy, appropriate with the price, got parking space in front of the hotel and its free

Lighting

I like the location & facilities such as free parking lot & ironing facilities.

The size of the room. Not suitable for parent having kids, no space for them to play around. Also no space to having prayer.

Location is a big plus for this hotel. Its close to all the eating places and the rooms are clean.

You can hear the noise from the road from your room

Thank you to staff Nasri who has been very helpful in treating me during the trip when I accidentally fell down. Kudos and keep up the good work.

When I wanted to change money, the receptionist do not allow me to do so. I didn't know how to approach further as I need the small cash for laundry.

Cleanliness is 10/10. Room very comfy with the price. Location is strategic because the surrounding have a lots of shop that very useful such as guardian, watson, storey of restaurants and etc.

Nothing. Everything was excellence

Location was great and staff were friendly and attentive.

Room was a bit small and was hard to move around in.
