The staff at King Park Hotel were gracious and helpful and couldn't do enough for us, whatever time of day or night we needed their help. The rooms were clean and relatively spacious, with good hot showers, and comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel was well located and was excellent value for money.

The communal areas were not constantly air-conditioned, so the corridors and lifts were rather warm, but I guess that is more sustainable and environmentally friendly than constantly keeping everywhere cool.

Our stay here was very enjoyable overall, we spent in total a bit more than a week, made up of several 2-3 night stays, because we kept returning to Kota Kinabalu. That also meant that we had a different room almost every time, and therefore I would recommend having something on the higher floors, because that might mean a nicer view, and slighly less street noise. Rooms were clean, breakfast was nice and plentiful, and the staff was especially helpful, 10/10 for them!

One of the rooms we stayed in had a strong cigarette smell, presumably the previous guests smoked there..

Comfortable room, plenty of power points, good buffet breakfast, good service all round, nice view of the sea and surroundings from our 9th floor room. Toilet was clean, good water pressure, adjustable water temperature, clean towels and adequate toiletries. Daily 2 bottles of water, coffee, tea and kettle. Clothes hangers, cooler bar, hair dryer etc were available. Room size was big enough and bed was comfortable. Room safe was available though we didn't use. Air Cond works fine.

Our bed sheet had minor, faint stains, looks like blood, but didn't really bother us. The table lamp on the desk was not working.

More hotels should be like this. Good wifi, plenty of clothing storage space, and great suitcase and shoe storage area Excellent power plug placement and plenty of them, good lighting, available TV selections were good, comfortable bed and plenty of pillows, good size room, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, refrigerator, hot water kettle, good toiletry supplies, plenty of wall hooks! Fairly good location, good front desk personnel and front door person. Breakfast selection was good both in the restaurant and for room service.

The bathroom was a little small. Did not notice if there was a gym or swimming pool. Maybe a few more cable TV stations would be nice.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a staff helping us to carry our extra luggage to the room. The property is at its own building with its name on it and has a lobby for pick up or drop off. The facility in the room, the toilet, the restaurant are beautiful. I would say the hotel looks like a 4-star hotel. The shower pressure is good and the water heating works well.

There’s no specific parking for hotel guest given to us so we had to find our own parking and buy the parking coupon from the close by convenience store to avoid getting summon from the city council.

Absolutely the best accommodation I can ever wish for. I long to go back to KK just because of this hotel! Perfect service, cleanliness, amenities, breakfast, location, and kindness of the people. I feel so lucky to find this gem. We love you King Park!!

Seriously, nothing. Even the mountain view at the back was more gorgeous with KK's heavy rain compared to a crowded ocean view. If this hotel decides to build a swimming pool, I'm just saying I'm purchasing a membership to this property. All the best!

The staffs were very friendly, room was clean and very comfortable. The selection of breakfast were outstanding for the price paid. Located in the city center where there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

Personally, I feel the family room is slightly smaller for 3 person. Yet, not a big deal. Secondly, there is no free parking from the hotel, thus for guests with car has to park at the common area, and the surrounding actually very crowded with limited carpark.

The rooms were modern, well designed, great shower with real good water pressure, good beds and nice AC. Location was very central and the restaurant was good too. Personal was friendly and the service was great.

The breakfast was a bit low on options. A lot of asian dishes and not as much European options. Fruit was also not always refilled and not a lot of choice. The rooms were a bit noisy but almost all the rooms in Malaysia are.

the location was very good. not far from town ! grab easily booked! have several coffee shop nearby! 7 elevn and mini mart can be found downstairs . The room was excellent! SMART TV is a plus also😍not so much choice for buffet breakfst but taste was good

the third night we stay something creepy happened 😂 the tv turned on by itslf at 12midnight after that i cant get back to sleep 😂
