Although the hotel located in the middle of the town, its quit quite at night. 6. Room aminities is just enough 7. Good room service (change towel, and top up the tea! Even they ask me if I want to clean my room via whatsapp! Very convenience.) 8. Cancelation policy very flexible.

1. Small room, but if you’re travel alone its should be OK. 2. Water stagnates on the floor of the bathroom after shower and quite sometimes. Management should look in to this. Quite danger if the bathroom floor slippery. 3. Bad signal of the internet on mobile phone. Alternatively the hotel provides the wifi. I’ll prefer to use my own internet connection rather than wifi provide by hotel for security reason.

Room is clean and neat, with comfortable bed and pillow. WiFi is strong. Electric kettle and fridge provided, with coffee/tea sachets, but instead of proper cups, disposable ones were given. Ample electric sockets. Bathroom is bright and spacious, and heater with extremely hot water, good for rain shower. Room is facing the main street but it's not noisy at all. There's oven and water dispenser at its lobby. Check-in/out procedure is smooth. Staff are courteous. Very centralized location, within walking distance to almost anywhere around the city center. Close proximity to morning and night markets, and ample restaurants and eateries nearby. For self-drive, there's street parking, but could be a challenge finding a lot, depending on what time of the day. Value for money for the room rate we paid.

Room itself is a bit dim even with all lighting on, and strangely the window curtains couldn't be raised up. A bit difficult to open our luggage on the floor due to space constrain. Even with shower curtain drawn, the entire bathroom floor would be wet after showering. Leftover drinks from other guest not cleared from the fridge.

Really good value for the money. Comfy and modern rooms in good location. Friendly staff and free coffee and water refill. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our time there.

Small rooms. it really depends on which side you have the room, its probably way nicer, if you get one with city view. Not only because the view but all the ACs (also the ones for the city-view-rooms) are fixed on the other side, so we had 6 of them outside our room and they made some noise.

This place is suitable for those who want to be in the city, travelling without own car, and be within walking distance to most of KK city's attractions. The size of the room is adequate for short stays. But if you have lots of luggage, get a larger room. The staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly. And this place feels safe for a solo traveller. And it has an elevator, which is a big plus for a small budget hotel.

It was clean and everything worked as it should. The staff was polite and friendly. Location is excellent, very near to restaurants and the Suria Sabah Mall.

The only complaint that I have is that the room was a bit small. No space to even place a chair with a back rest, all I had was a stool at the table. The bathroom door got in the way when it is open, of the front door to the room.

Nice stay in a great location. Staff friendly, room clean, large bathroom and had almost everything you need (bottled water, kettle, coffee, shampoo, soap, fridge ect…). The room is small so you wouldn’t want to be spending lots of time in it but perfect for what we needed.

The room is small and not enough space to hang clothes. Otherwise perfect for what we needed.

The staff was good and friendly. We feel welcomed and comfortable. We are riders and we just finished our trip from Kuching-Kk and did our last minute back and forth ride to Ranau. It’s was very tiring and we needed a place tht is quiet eventho it is in the middle of the city. So glad that we found the right place 🙏🏻

The room is clean but the floors are sticky and very slippery. Luckily, the room provides slippers.

the room looked and felt exactly like the pictures. It's small, but very well laid out. Sheets are awesome, and the rain shower is one of the best i've had - great temperature, great flow.

The "king' bed is actually two single beds linked together, so there's a gap in the middle. Also, would've liked proper cups instead of paper ones.

Location was really central and the price was very reasonable.

Some of the facilities are worn out. Need to make sure that the things are well maintained to keep up to the standard. The water heater wasn’t functioning well. Despite putting the hottest level, it was still room temperature. The bed was too soft for my liking.
