Location Good size room

The fact that when i first entered the room, was greeted by a cockroach in the toilet. Citadines, kindly check for infestation.

The room was very spacious. I had kitchen, a refrigeraor, a big bed, two wardrobes, a sofa and a big desk in my room. There were big windows and I saw outside comfortably. There was a drinking water supply machine on the corridor. This apart hotel is in a shopping mall, so I could buy anything I want and have a variety of food. There is also a movie theater.

Location is bad for me because I went to this hotel by train and bus from Kuala Lumpur. We need to take a train to Cyberjaya Utara station and then take a bus from the station to Dpulze mall. This route was troublesome for me. And the self laundry looked bad. I tried to use the laundry but the price was expensive and machines were dirty, so I didn’t. There is not another laundry near the place.

- One building with shopping mall complex. There are having TGV Cinema, varieties of food shop (but expensive price for food 😢, kind of fast food version eg Nando's and Old Town Coffee, Jaya Grocer mall etc. - Clean room. - Spacious room make it cozy and easy to perform solah. - Sofa and coffee table. - Complete kitchenette - kettle, oven, fridge, sinky, soap and sponge at sinky, plates, knife, spoons, forks, mug, scissors. - Iron and iron board. - Hair dryer. - Safety box - More switch plug - at left and right bed, at study / make up table and at the wall.

- The breakfast food were send to your room (if you opt to inclusive breakfast). Sadly, only one box food will be send to you by early menu chosen during check in. No drink for breakfast available. Simple food presentation (asal boleh). - I am request for early receives breakfast at 7am. However, they are late until i called them to quiry at 7.45am. Thats made i am late goes out for work meeting 😥. - No housekeeping staff come to your room and replace towel or clean room at day 2. Maybe because i booked 1 night with extend for second night during 1st day check in (pay twice times).

The reception is wonderful and always willing to help. There are big units that coming with washer dryer complete with kitchen and cooker. Also there are laundry room available in level 8 (just need to buy token from reception). They just refurbished the hotel floor and somehow the room become more spacious and cozy. The location is a bonus - located in The Pulze Shopping Mall that has everything from foods to groceries to cinema.

Dont opt for breakfast because they will only provide a box breakfast to the room and their menu are similiar every 2-3 days. Swimming pool tend to be crowded during busy season and there is no shower available next to the pool.

The modern style & equipped with basic necessities

Everything was quite ok except that you need to check your booking carefully particularly the type of room you chose/paid. The front office/reception counter during our checked-in was not really helpful, not a friendly type I guess..in fact she gave us the wrong room (cheaper one) at the first place..just found out when we entered the room..caused us quite some time to repack/went up & down the lobby/room to request for the exact room/apartment type..please keep your booking details in hand..it was also quite difficult to get official receipt from booking.com/the property

Love the location and facilities. Will definitely go again.

We told the counter when we checked in that we would like to check out late and the counter agreed to let us check out at 3pm. However, at 12 pm, the cleaner attempted to enter the room twice while we were still in the room. Luckily the latch was on. Then, we told the counter the arrangement we made when we checked in. The counter again had no problem with us checking out late. 5 minutes after talking to the counter, the cleaner again attempted to enter the room while we were still inside. Unprofessional.

All good with the room cleanliness and amenities. Love how there is also a water dispenser instead of bottled water. Connected to a mall so that's convenient.

Had a problem with the water heater, it did not work, but just too busy to let the staffs know. Might need to check on that. I'm also quite surprise to see housekeeping changed my towels even though I put the do not disturb sign. Can't work in the room though, some maintenance going on during the day, heard the drilling and all, quite loud.

Spacious aparthotel with comfortable bed and pillows, there is also kitchen with complete kitchen utensils in the room. This hotel is attached with D'pulze shopping mall, easy to buy food and other needy

Room is not soundproof, you can hear people knocking the wall etc which is so disturbing. Even there are people knocking on my door at night and early morning, so scary as I stayed alone And there are dirts on the floor like nobody sweeping before the guests entered the room

Loved the spacious room, the impeccable and detailed selection of the furnitures, fittings, electrical items and the completeness of kitchenette. This suite exceeded the comfort and facilities that can be found in most homestays, even. Kudos to Ascott Group for reviving the apart hotel level even after a 2 years pandemic to a state where it exceeded expectation. Excellent thought of providing up to 7 plug points ( 2 for kitchenette), 3 at the study and 2 by the bedside. Every part of the room was perfect, from the selection of colour, the comfort of the pillows, the firm yet comfortable 2 seater sofa and the unbeatable kitchenette which was perfectly complete in the most compact space that could be possible. I did not use the torch light provided at the study, but that was one step higher in quality than most hotels' facility and security measures. The concierge guy who brought my bag to the room was truly humble and pleasant, thanks and kudos for great customer service. The desk was huge and comfortable enough to get work done and that too with sufficient plug points to get a few gadgets charged at once. The TV placement was perfect as it was suitable to be watched both from the bed and the sofa. The washroom and shower was well maintained and again great thought of fixtures provided in the washroom, especially the dressing area and the side mirror that can be used for make up purposes. It was quite a small washroom but everything needed and more was there. The location that connects it to D Pulze makes it truly super convenient for shopping, food and even a cinema or 2.

The only issue I had was the temperature of the water heater and the pressure, it only works for a few minutes in the beginning of the shower. Then, both the temperature and the heat drops.....it's not too bad. The temperature is still comforting but the water pressure drops a bit too low. That was the sad part that a truly fulfilling shower could not be enjoyed in this perfect place to rest n work.

Cleanliness and very comfortable - quite unexpected for the price I paid.

Some of the staff can be quite loud and the walls are thin. Perhaps they can tone down the level a bit especially at night. Also the signages to the lobby is limited that I didn’t see that there is a separate entrance to the hotel. I went through the shopping mall instead and the signages to the hotel via the mall could be more informative. Nonetheless, it was a good and comfortable stay. Thank you.
