The secret garden at night in front of the hotel and the staffs. Very friendly and helpful staffs from check in until checkout. All the staffs were veryyy nice. 5 stars for the hospitality! The secret garden is very beautiful and they sell foods there so you can chill and relax there.

The sink was a bit clogged I think because it was slow to drain the water. The lamps are a bit too dim for me. Taxi and ehailing were a bit difficult to get because the location is kinda far from other buildings or place. But we did managed to get Grab and Maxim after some time. So its advisable to drive here. The parking is a bit far but dont worry they have buggy to take guests to the lobby.

we got a room at lowest floor attached to the garden. it feels like staying in an enchanted forest

should the breakfast area is slightly opened it would be even great

The room was spacious but no extra beds for my daughter so she had to sleep on the floor during our stay. We requested extra mattress, pillows and blankets but no mattress available. Everything was in working order..lovely sunset views from the balcony..the breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety..we received a cookie jar and tablet mat as gifts for children during school holidays..my daughter enjoys the shuttle rides too. Situated on top of the hill next to night Garden with colourful lights and views of Putrajaya.

No extra beds available and the king size bed could not fit the 3 of us..maybe the hotel should provide California King Size Bed. Our stay was too short to even enjoy the pool. The pillows was too soft.

We booked the perfect celebration package. The candle light dinner was served in the room. The food was great and we love the romantic decoration. We also requested for extra bed and they fulfill it quickly. The breakfast also varieties and we dont have to queue

The balcony is not maintained. The bed has a wheel so its moving sometimes when we lay on top of it. A bit dangerous when you sleep with a baby

The location is superb, we love hearing the sounds from the forrest, and the Secret Garden right in front of it is a nice surprise. The staff have been most helpful, polite and friendly - great service! Last but not least the rooms are huge and really comfy. And the AC is strong so you will feel good no matter how hot it is outside.

Some things are a bit dated and need just a bit of touch-up, like the bath-tub shower or the pool. But the view from the pool is amazing! Also, there is a need for a lobby snack/bar open 24/7, from my point of view.

Very much happy to play in the pool and relax in the bathtub. Location wise is the best. Walking distance to the park. 👍🏼 Very private, customer service is friendly.

Hope to see improvements in cleanliness and maintenance. Especially room bulb was off, maggi noodle on room floor, dirty toilet bowl, traces of milk powder on table tops, hand print on tv screen and dirty air conditioning area and smelly room 'sour milk' . I believe the team should take more attention to detail cleaning. This was my 2nd staycation here. Not quite happy compared to my first visit. Mainly because of the cleanliness. Here's my experience, I've checked in the hotel around 3 o'clock hoping to start my vacation. Unfortunately I have to call the team to clean the room again. At 4.30 pm, the team settle the cleaning. However, the smell still lingers throughout my 2 nights stay. Really hope the team can do something to improve!

The location on the hill gives beautiful view. Also the lights of i-City Putrajaya just down the hill the room is superbly comfy and romantic. I just love the bedhead...so nice traditional design. the bathroom is a star!!. So spacious and luxurious. Romantically designed - there is a window between the bath and the bed...oh that's romantic Robe and slippers for two. Love it. Glass door to the balcony. Staff at reception and housekeeping all very fast and good mannered

room service is awefull. The food is bad I couldn't eat. We ordered chicken Kung Pao and club sandwich. Langsung tak sedap The balcony is unkempt. Such a waste Toiletteries not a full set. Only body lotion? Missing items - body soap and shampoo

Pool not up to my expectation..

the hotel surrounding & ambience was good and nice. the property is at centre of putrajaya and the park is linked with taman putra perdana. the staffs were friendly and helpful. parking slots are a lot and yeah they provided buggy ride service for the guest (i had fun)!! breakfast are decent & variety. ohh yes, please go the pool area around 7.15 pm+++, you are able to see a very picturesque sunset!!

the carpets are smelly and old. the facilities are quite old & not working. the terrace is not as advertised for the parkview. well, that's okay since the hotel is in the progress of renovation. i am looking forward for the new image & look.

Spacious room, view, location. All staffs I encountered with are friendly too, except for the reception staff who picked up my call at 3am (which is very understandable).

Wardrobe light didn’t turn off because the wardrobe door is loose, but managed to tighten the door with some DIY. (To put things into contact, I was awake at 3am and had to call the reception. Housekeeping took long to come - not entirely their fault at it’s 3am so I just DIY-ed). Breakfast spread is good, however the food quality are not up to the standard for a 4-star, in my opinion.
