I have college dinner at the building next to this residence. It's very convenient as it's only 3 minutes away and walkable. There's vending machine, playground and even convenience store. The facility is super great. The TV has Disney subscription so we can watch movies at night. The room has also extra pillow and duvet. They also provided towels. Got microwave, induction cooker, hair dryer, iron, fridge, wifi.

The pool have no roof so it's a bit hot if you go at noon. There's certain area in the house that is dusty such as at the back of the TV table, the cabinet under the sink. There's no shoe rack to put our shoes.

The owner give full and clear explanation via pdf before i arrived. easy check in and check out. the room is spacious studio room type with complete facility like fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, iron with iron board, dining table for 4, hairdryer, tv, wifi, wardrobe with a lot of hangers and other basic one. the best part is the place is within 1 minute walk to my meeting place. just beside the building. owner very responsive even at night. and i left my pillow at the room and she agreed to return it. room is in front of the lift.

cleaner might overlook there is one dirty knife in utensil drawer and a few hair on the floor in front of the door. other than that overall nice and clean bathroom and bed.

The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. The kitchen part offers quite good possibilities to prepare a meal (unused by me). The bathroom was spacy including spacy shower with hot water.

I haven't find any information about Wi-Fi availability in the apartment on the booking.com sites even the Wi-Fi is available in the facility (unused by me).

- maybe can check back the aircond, as it seems a bit slow(not really that cold) - the standing fan is a breeze but needs some cleaning(can see the dust on the fan) - if possible, put the kiblat location for Muslim travelers - oh and wish there was another trash bin for the toilet

Near to city and mall. So easy to have a lunch and dinner.

Security guard not really friendly. He just ignore me when I need them to open the gate. They said I should have the key but it is last day, I already send the key back to the lock box.

Everything was great and spacious enough and the TV is very big. Air cond also functioning well and got extra fan too 👏🏻

The location of the unit is near to the elevator and sometimes it get lousy when people came from the elevator.
