The location is excellent and the staff are really lovely made me feel most welcome. I felt very safe on my own in this hotel because the staff were so nice. The room was clean and comfortable and most importantly for me the room was quiet . This is a smaller hotel and i think this gives it an advantage. For location for KLCC is a 5 star location the park is a few min walk and the mall accross a small side street on the same street .

I personally was happy with everything it’s not a 5 star hotel so if that’s what your looking for look else where but as a mid range hotel it’s really lovely. It has no pool incase that’s a priority I was out so didn’t need a pool .

Recently me and family decided to stay at De King Boutique Hotel and we were surprised at how spacious the hotel room is. The location is also located conveniently next to a shopping centre, K Avenue and also just right below, at the hotel lobby theres a Muslim friendly Nasi Kandar stall and also 7-11. From the hotel, its about 15 mins walk to KLCC which is like one of the tourist attraction in KL which is really easily accessible.

The noise level can get abit too loud with the construction thats happening right infront of the hotel room and also the traffics with the cars and vehicles.

There's qiblat marker, which is good for the Muslims. The shower water pressure is the best thing I would say of this hotel. It was very strong and lovely. Temperature is working fine. Hairdryer and iron are available. There's 7-Eleven at the lobby, and a Mamak restaurant, both connected to the lobby, so you can always go down for a midnight snack at the convenience store.

Too little hooks or hangar to hang/dry our towels and outfits at. We have three guests, and there's only one handle in the bathroom to hang the towels. Also no wardrobe to my surprise, but as long as there's sufficient hooks/handle to hang items, I don't mind there's no wardrobe.

the strategic location in the middle of the city makes it easier for travellers to roam around the city. right outside klcc, and has durian spot just outside the hotel! staff are nice and accommodating

not to say i didnt like, but heads up to others that there is no lift from the basement parking coming up the hotel lobby. u have to climb up some staircase. so you might wanna drop ur luggage at the lobby upstairs first before going down to the basement parking. haha and the parking will cost you RM5 per entry. per entry. validated.

I've stayed in this hotel for more than 4 times. I love it!! Its near to KLCC and the train station. There is a night food market nearby. For the price, I find that the whole experience was worth it!

The hotel management need to improve its check in process. We purposely checked in late, we came like after 3.30pm. And our rooms were not ready. And when we came back to get our rooms, there was 1 room still unavailable. And worse, we didn't get all the rooms on the same floor even though I had initially requested and explained that I was travelling with my kids. The hotel also need to provide newer towels because the current ones are thin and worn out and also to frequent toilet maintenance as the shower area was choked after every shower.

We travelled late night and arrived 630am to attend a seminar at KLCC at 9am. Do the check-in and intend to leave our luggage at the reception thinking the room won't be ready. To our surprise that the receptionist actually locate a ready room for us to check in immediately. So we managed to get a 2hrs sleep before the seminar. It was so great and thankful. The receptionist also led us a shortcut and safe way to convention center from the hotel. 👍👍

Front office team, En Khairul, Mr Tay, Siti, Maz and Amir. They made me feel welcomed and prepared my preferred room, the registration form in advance to ease the check in process. Five star customer service, always friendly, funny, and they remember my name. De King is like my second home.

Managed to book during an exceptional discount period which allows me to get at a very very low rate for my Deluxe King 3-night stay. Staff was friendly & helpful. View from the room is decent. The bed is nice & big enough for a grown man to roll around in. Location is nice but was there for relaxing instead of for sightseeing. Breakfast just shifted to D-Zen restaurant next door so they weren't really ready yet but food is ok.

The room is facing the street & the windows can't be properly closed. So can be a bit noisy. Especially when I stayed during the election weekend & the pre-election nights was very noisy with motorcyclist & cars vrooming & honking their horns loudly until around 2am+. The only bad thing that I experienced, but it is very situational

The location is superb! it is next to Avenue K (where the LRT is at), opposite KLCC. Everything is within walking distance. The room is OK, water pressure is very good, bed was OK.. don't expect the beds to be super luxurious though but it is enough for me to get a good nice sleep/rest. I booked this hotel since it was within the KLCC area and I can walk everywhere or take the LRT which is only next door. Overall I really like this hotel for the location and facilities. Not suitable for people who wanted a staycation, but really good for travelers who wanted a good but affordable hotel around KLCC. The staff was very helpful when my husband forgot his tablet at the hotel after we checked out.

the beds could be a bit better and the ironing facilities. I only get the mini iron table (without the legs) to put on the table. the room has laminated flooring and the ones near shower door was peeling off a bit. maybe can provide more bath rugs.
