Location was great, though not really walkable to TTDI shops. Bed and pillows were really comfortable for me. Room was spacious enough for me to pray with my son. Well-lit room.

Lift was pretty slow, and one of the lifts - you can't see the display screen showing at which level you are currently on. The lift to rooms seem accessible to outsiders. There was no scanning of keys required to get to the rooms so that was a bit of a concern.

The room was comfy. I really liked the table that can be rolled to the bed.

Parking. Paid RM25 for a day's parking. You need to repark the car after 6pm to get a cheaper rate. Wouldn't have booked the room if knew earlier no free parking.

It was definitely comfortable living at the hotel, all the things I needed were there. The hotel was the closest hotel to Optimax TTDI that I can find which was only a 10 to 15 minute walk. The MRT station was also just right behind the hotel which was very convenient. Soundproofing was good as I didn't even notice the sound of the MRT passing by.

Everything looks clean except for one part... I don't know what happen but they use bandage instead of tape to tape the notice paper on the door... That was really a shock for me which I don't like cuz it doesn't feel sanitary to do that... But other than that, everything was good. The view from our window was also bad as it was exactly facing a graveyard.

Took the queen with windows room, receptionist was friendly and helpful, room is clean and functional. For those driving your own car, paid parking is available on site and the rates vary depending on the days and times. I went in on a public holiday where parking was free. The hotel lifts are functional and one may have to be patient with it, as it took a while before opening.

This is a very cozy hotel, clean and no unpleasent smell, the bed and pillow is so comfortable, hotel also provided mineral water , coffee, tea, slipper and disposable toiletries kit. The most important is there got socket at both side of bed, for nowadays people play phone before sleep,this is nice design. And also there is a shopping mall just beside this hotel,so convenience, lift and car park also nice,not horrible at all. For solo guest is very nice.

One of the mineral water is only left half. Maybe last guess after drink put nicely go back to the place so cleaner didnt see it. I am solo guest and i didnt drink the mineral water so i can accept it. But i think still better have QC to it in future

Suggest the shower area and toilet to upgrade or separate it with a shower panel or at least a curtain, as it is very traditional, and after showering the whole toilet bowl and basin area are so wet. Other than this the room and staffs are good and friendly. Bed is comfortable. Thank you.

comfortable bed and pillow with the nice bed frame light. Although room is really small but consider well equipped. It is good for short stay.

The lift is really slow. Room really small and black curtain even make it looks more small & dark. No free parking.

If you want premium feel with economical price per night, this is the good choice for you.

If possible, please work with excel parking system to provide free parking during weekday. Currently Sunday and public holiday is free parking which is good. However it can be better. For the customer receptionist, please be more polite and gentle in communication.

location is great, right next to MRT Station. Check in was smooth, bed was comfy. Cleanliness was okay, just wasn’t comfortable with the shower not having any partition or cover because water gets everywhere and entire toilet gets wet. but was only staying one night so it was bearable, wifi was ok too. overall very worth the price, would stay again if it’s a short stay 😁
