Nice clean spacious place to stay for family. Beautiful view at night of the kl tower & klcc. Kids love the pool below. Great area not too far from food place and attractions.

There was no remote to adjust the fan speed. It took quite some time to receive a new rubbish plastic. More than 30mins. The towel provided didnt smell nice. Funny smell. There was no hanger provided in the clothes wardrobe. Breakfast food was not topup immediately. They took awhile to cook and topup the empty container eventhough its still within the brakfast time.

We planned to stay elsewhere on the second stay, but most apartments are cash on arrival and ours told us they didn't have a room despite us booking six months in advance. Didn't hestitate to stop the car and book back at Susuana Suites. CC payment, confirmed booking no hassles. The location is great, and in hindsight, we were better off coming back to here and staying in times square. Location is quite yet a short walk from shopping, food, entertainment. definitely come back here again.

We didn't notice the first stay, but this stay they had the elevator music in the halls that run all night and penetrated the rooms. well, at least till we feel asleep, so not 100% if it was all, all night.

the comfort and convenience of staying all family in one single apartment is great during holiday. with the option of cooking and availability of all the equipments and great view from all the rooms makes this stay very special.

there was a strange smell from the drainage coming from one of the toilet. possibly because of lack of window or exhaust inside. and even after keeping the door opened we couldn’t get the foul smell off from the toilet

1. The location is great as it is near to KL town 2. The staff were attentive 3. Rooms was accomodating, spacious with fully equipped items 4. We may opted for in room dining for the breakfast 5. The view was great!

Bilik yg teramat selesa dan ada netflix!. View dari balkoni pun sangat cantik. Totally recommended. The kids love it sebab ada bath tub and ruang bilik luas.

I think they are a bit understaffed so the room was not ready yet by the time we arrived. It took us 3 hrs waiting until the room’s ready. But their mgmt allow us to checkout at 5pm which is soo considerate to compensate the delay. Thank u so much

Location, big three bedrooms where it accommodates nine people easily. Everyday the staff cleans the apartment.

Improve on breakfast, they could server better menu with more choices

Location was awesome, in the heart of KL. Wished if the KL Eco Park was opened, it's just walking distances from the place. Room was spacious, we took the 3 bedroom apartment, it has 3 bathrooms, 3 TVs. View from the balcony was speechless, you can clearly see the KL Tower and buildings around it. Swimming pool was nice too. There's self service laundry and a gym, minimal breakfast provided. Parking was free but really limited. Not sure if there's other place to park than the designated areas. There's a mini grocery shop at the ground floor and bread shop. That was amazing. Also the e-scooter Beam's parking was just in front of the property so had the chance to ride that. The staffs were really attentive. Almost all requests made were fulfilled. They are really helpful and tried their best to settle things as fast as possible. Really recommend this place and no regrets.

At the swimming pool, they put a limit of max 10 person in the pool. But there's no staff monitoring except for a security guard and he would not be there all the time. So when new guests come and wants to use the pool, he would just ask the people inside the pool to get out without knowing which one came first and after. The steam iron given was a bit tricky if you don't know how to use it properly. It could either burn your clothes or won't get rid of the wrinkles. So be careful on that. Lastly for a 3 bedroom apartment, using 1 lift key was a bit challenge as we had to properly plan who could bring the key and so on. But that's just a minor problem I guess.

Location is superb! 10 mins walk to B. Bintang, safe as many tourists walking around. Good car park allocation too. Breakfast are bread and eggs, simple but perfect for us.

We had problems with the first room. Thought could be better but it didn't. Glad we could change to a better one for the second night. Giving my rating based on the second night.

Location, view are great We are satisfied with the stay here, it's comfortable stay & kids friendly.

When requesting for house keeping during the stay, only partially clean up The cleanliness of bedsheet, blanket, pillow case unsatisfied

The location is very close to Bukit Bintang, you can walk there. We were on the 31st floor with minimal noise from the constructions so it was a peaceful sleep. Toiletries were complete, they have 2 plates, 2 cups, 2 bowls, some pans and cutleries and they changed towels everyday, just put the tag to make up the room. This is not a hotel so don't expect things like a regular hotel. The reception is on the 10th floor, with 1 staff manning the cafe/reception. Special thanks to Ms Susan the general manager for making our stay comfortable.

A bigger balcony and hair dryer would have been nice. And of course if possible, washing machine facility in the room would have been good as we stayed for a longer time.
