Spacious and location was great, overall good experience.

Carpet in living room had bugs which leave mark on my leg throughout the stay, informed team but not fully cleaned as happened again. Another is mattress was not good as back pain sometime occur from sleeping on it.

This was one of the best stays in our life. The staff is amazing. Very polite, very careful and helpful in any circumstances. Fast check-in, clean apartment with an incredible view over the city. There was no toaster and after a call in several minutes a new one was provided. Our dishwasher was malfunctioning on our third day and they changed it upon request. They even have cleaned our dishes. Amazing swimming pool, 50 m with incredible facilities like playground and gym on both the 5th and the 48th floor. Not crowded at all. Breakfast in an amazing lounge at the 48th floor with the possibility to play pool for free. Great location, KLCC Park and Petronas Twin Towers within several minutes with taxi. Incredible value for money.

Everything was perfect. One of the best stays in our life. The only suggestion is that the breakfast can improved by adding some more choices.

Absolutely loved my one bedroom apartment. Well equipped, so cozy and comfortable. The views were to die for as well, clean bed and bath linen. Wish I could have spent more time.

The Friday night receptionist could have been more friendly and accommodating. I arrived at midnight from the airport exhausted and had no idea I had to pay a deposit and he wouldn’t let me just sleep for the night and settle it the next morning considering I had paid for 3 nights. I eventually got access to my room but it wasn’t the welcome I expected. Same with the Saturday morning lady, she could be friendlier. There was no one outside to help me with my luggage on arrival. Entrance is a bit dark and dodgy so was worried as a lone female. Breakfast choices are poor and it was cold on all days. Housekeeping didn’t dust surfaces on the days I was there.

The one bedroom is spacious and modern. Sheets are clean and comfortable, everything is spotless. The staff are lovely. Gym does the job. Pool is fantastic for doing lengths.

The pool pretty much gets no sunshine due to its location (minor problem for me who loves the sun!) so probably good if you have kids ! It’s an older building so the lifts are a little slow. I think the breakfast should be included (it’s not a great breaky but does the job) as it’s a little pricier than similar hotels.

The hotellobby does not feel like a standard lobby at all. It feels as something quite luxury. The staff is very friendly and speaks good English. There is always someone around, always attendfull security present. They really want you to have a great stay. The room is spacious, with nice views. It contains all gadgets/machines that you might expect from such a great hotel: washing machine, dryer, good size fridge. The view at the 48th floor is just amazing. Also, the streets with (western orientated) restaurants and pubs is almost around the corner, as well as local street food markets. I highly recommend staying there, great hotel at a good location

Very central and easy to get to anywhere in KL. Rooms are very well equipped but does show its age in spots like the varnish on the floorboards and doors. Safety box works well and the black out blinds were a godsend for restful nights. Love the rainforest shower. Staff can’t do enough for you; very helpful and polite. The place and sheets smell nice and have the markings of a premium accommodation.

The breakfast spread is very limited. More like an enhanced continental breakfast spread. But you can always order Grab if you’re craving for some local food.

This was the best property during our journey. It was super clean, spacious, classy, modern, well-equipped beyond expectation, quiet, great location, comfortable pillows and bed, huge laundry room with detergent provided, complementary water bottles stocked every day, wonderful service. The air con in the master bedroom was not working at first but maintenance was quick to come and fix it.

Nothing. We loved everything about Lanson Place and how comfortable we were in our 2 bedroom apartment.

It’s my third time staying here and this time around, I had a chance to notice more of its “faults”. I was staying in room 2605 and we noticed there were a lot of little ants in the kitchen. On the positive side, after I brought this to management’s attention, it was taken care of immediately and I never saw any ants again! Another minor “issue” was the glass shower door doesn’t close fully, so water can get out a bit. And when you shower, the rain shower would keep dripping cold water down which can be a bit annoying. However I’m certain had I brought this to management’s attention, they would’ve taken care of it immediately, just like they did with the ants!
