Also, ,my appreciation to reception staff, especially Mr. Fazraf , Ms. Patricia, Ms. Sabrina, Mr. Kissen, always willing to assist with a smiling face. LOCATION: Speechless! Just a 5 minutes pleasant walk to two MRT (underground train) which practically is connected to entire Kuala Lumpur via underground and overhead trains. (take advantage of the covered walk-way to train station) CONNECTED TO MALL: Directly connected to Sunway Velocity Mall from lobby area and 5th floor entrance, where there is never ending shopping, eats, cinema, mini convenience stores like 7/eleven etc. Also, connected to IKEA mall/My Town Mall and AEON departmental store via covered walk way WIFI: It is fast but not superfast, but gets the work done and is very consistent and does not break signal AIRCON:- No flaw at all. You can customized as per your preferences. A/C panel is very user friendly WATER in washbasin and Shower: No complains at all. Hot, cold, mix water whatever you require SOCKETS PLUGS: There are ample electrical outlets (socket plugs) in the room with working desk type area. IN-HOUSE TV: Lot of news channels and movies to choose from local cable TV

Been staying here since 2018. Love the location. The atmosphere and vibes at the hotel lobby.. Never fail to make me feel safe. Room space is perfect for me and mom, comfortable to stay for long. Cleanliness is great too. Not forgetting on how professional the staffs are, especially Faz (I hope I didn't get the name wrong) who is always ever ready to welcome you, engage in small talk, etc. Looking forward to returning again.

Housekeeping could be a challenge some time. You called to make up your room but after 5 hours, ny room was still in mess. My previous stay also I faced delay on this part.

I've stayed at Sunway Velocity more times than I can remember, and I've always had a good experience here. Sunway staff are known for their hospitality and kindness, going above and beyond to help make you feel more comfortable. I appreciate the ambience of the place. For its price, the comfort and privacy you get is just wonderful. And, it's attached to a mall that has everything you need. It's very convenient to stay here. The pool is quite nice too, overlooking the city. I think it's definitely family-friendly. And, if you put a special note or request on your booking, they actually read, acknowledge it, and do their best to accommodate. I'm definitely a happy, returning customer.

Not for this trip, but I have tried their breakfast buffet before, and though it is okay, I believe it really can be improved. Perhaps can start improving on the decoration of the breakfast buffet area. The nicer it looks, the more people will be willing to 'close one eye' to the lack of variety in the food choices.

The room had a great city view, great bathroom, and the location was perfect. It's physically connected to the Sunway Velocity Mall, so you don't even need to go outside to enter it, and the shopping and restaurants are great. All in all the hotel provides excellent service, it's a recommended hotel if visiting Kuala Lumpur. The room and the service was quite clean, bathroom and room was serviced every day.

Although it certainly wasn't the reason I was traveling, I had hoped that the hotel-- and one that's a bit more 'upscale' in both price and quality-- would have had more TV channels available to watch. The overall number of channels, while mostly in English, was quite low.

Great location as it's basically built on top of a shopping mall with plenty of good food choices (basement level 1 is the best). MRT station is a few minutes walk a way so access to the city is very easy. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you'd need. Staff are very friendly and helpful and will take good care of you should you need anything during your stay.

For the price I would have expected it to be a bit more cleaner. It's not bad but some areas if the bathroom in particular were not cleaned up to the standard I'd expect. The air-conditioning system is quite noisy. I could sleep through it but if you're a sensitive/light sleeper you might find it tough. WiFi is a bit slow. Enjoy for streaming video like YouTube but slow if you need it for work.

Everything, especially the wonderful front desk staff, a Chinese lady who did an excellent job in arranging both rooms close to each other and provided us with the best facilities and excellent customer service. The time I checked into this place was a day before New Year, and even with all the chaos of the crowd and long queue for reservation, this girl made sure we felt great, making sure it was a smooth stay and we truly enjoyed our stay at Velocity Hotel. Thumbs up for an exemplary service gal and keep up with your great work!

The hospitality was outstanding from the front desk up to its room and the facility overall. The property is clean inside out. Staffs are polite, friendly and smart. We have a pleasant stay and totally satisfied with the facility.

Good that we can validate our parking (provided) at the front desk to get discount parking at RM3 flat rate per entry. Unfortunately it counted by per entry, need to pay another RM3 flat rate during exit if re-enter the parking again.

The staff was exceptionally friendly (definitely very well done on staff training!), the room was clean, the location is very very good. We had help from Sunway Car Park team on locating the hotel lift lots, he even tried helping us to find an empty space :) We were there for our wedding photo shoot so it was a memorable beginning for us, we really hoped we had a smooth starting and our wish was granted! PLUS PLUS PLUS for Sunway teams at Sunway Velocity! You've put our hearts at ease - we recommended this to our friends when we talked about our wedding photo shooting days!

Found black spots/marks on the bottom of glass door in bathroom, it would be the best if it was not there! I tried to call reception to request for assistance on my luggage on checkout day but it was not answered - on previous night I parked my car around B3 Green zone (not sure what number it was) because there were no empty parking space around the hotel lift, had to carry 4 heavy towards my car in the morning :( It was understandable because it was very early!

Glad to be staying here again. Always love the ambience and the convenience of being connected to a mall. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Most staffs were helpful and nice.

Towels are so hard and rough. Really not friendly on skin. Check in and out took some time though there wasn't any crowd. I made full payment by cash and I understood I need to place refundable deposit. Prior to my stay, I called to check regarding the deposit and was told RM100 would be enough so my room was RM556.69 + deposit RM100 should be RM656.69. I gave RM700 and the staff refused to give my change. She said it's easier and I can collect my money upon checking out. I feel its pretty unprofessional as it might cause inconvenience to me if I might need to use that amount that she refused to return.

My 4th time here 😆 as usual, bed really comfortable & big. everything good. clean & but need to clean more on carpet. all staff are good & friendly. got both plug on bedside bed. soap are smells good. u can find food at the mall, just go down. or u want more choice food, u can go aeon maluri, mytown / ikea. or u can order grab/food panda.

when u check in the hotel on mall hours, its difficult to find parking. need to share with ppl go to mall. when u check on night, its easy to find parking. overall is ok.
