breakfast has many several choices. which exceed than what we paid. reasonable price with good choices of breakfast. very nice and interior entire hotel. bed and washroom so comfortable and nice. i'm happy with price that I paid.

it is confusing to find parking for hotel. as other guests complaints, so am I, it is very confusing and sign for PARKING HOTEL too small. If I not read reviews from other guests before check in, i can imagine i will be very pissed off to find that parking. i think there has no fault if hotel make BIGGER SIGN

The staff is good, well trained to serve the customer. Check in and check out also smooth.

1. Please increase water pressure for shower. 2. Please make sure parking area clean from rubbish. 3. Please return buffet style breakfast. Customer don’t know about ala carte breakfast style until they checked in.

If I could stay there permanently I would. If I go to Malaysia again I may book Vivatel Hotel again, amazing service and the staff are kind and helpful. The food was amazing too, whether breakfast or you simply order. Every morning different types of cuisines.

I liked everything about the Hotel

Breakfast spread was good ,helpful front desk people.spacious rooms pleasant stay allover. transport to city center takes a toll,shuttle service from the hotel will be nice if you have one , overall nice place to stay.

SHUTTLE SERVICE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT METRO STATION SHOULD BE A PROPER SUGGESTION

The family suite room was spacious and wheelchair friendly:) it was a very clean hotel, overall happy.

The breakfast menu can be improved. The cups and saucers were not so clean and the sugar and creamer were on the thick side. The showering facilities for the wheelchair-bound.

The room is very clean. Not too big but I have a whole view of the city, nicely designed and comfortable. The internet speed is good for zoom calls. The bathroom is not spacious but well designed, so it makes me feel good. The staff is very helpful. From your place you can walk to MRT, malls a lot of nice small food places right in front of the hotel (cheap price) And of course there are malls around.

The breakfast buffet is kind of boring. I don't feel anything especially delicious, just average.

The room. Is very spacious and the staff is very helpfull. They gave us baby crib as soon as we arrive just as we requested. The rooms are clean since we took family connecting room. The beds are really comfy and spotless.

The facilities are not well maintained. For instance the knob for selecting between shower head or shower wand is broken. And in the other room the same knob is frozen solid. Hot and cold water is availabe but switching to and fro is a hassle. Overall its good.

1. Reception courteous and expeditious. 2. Upkeep of room is good despite after my last visit which was years ago. 3. Room is clean and furniture in good condition 4. 5 lifts serving the hotel, which is good.

1. No bedside plug for charging. Very inconvenient. 2. The fridge keeps making sound. 3. Breakfast is 2nd class. The spread is good but lack the tastefullness.

Everything was good. Outside of city traffic so easy to travel. Food was delicious.

Maintenance staff being shouted at infront of guests. Also , request for additional bottles of water was declined despite paying close to RM700 per night.

The check in process was smooth.Overall,the cleanliness of the room and the interior were good.I like the pool,quite big so it was not crowded with the other guests.Really had good times at the pool. The staffs at the cafe were also helpful.They provided high chair and kids cutlery set for my toddler.The food was also tasty.

Our room was not sound proof and it was quite noisy due to the loud music from the outside probably they had an event at the ballroom.Luckily the noise stopped around 10.30p.m so we still had good sleep.
