1. The location is very strategic. Walking distance to all Cenang's attractions. 2. Good value for money for resort located by the beach. Direct access to the beach was convinece. 3. The staff was helpful

1. The pillow was very thin and very old..They need to change pillow to hotel standard. 2. The shower mode is fixed. We cannot change the water mode. 3. There was no water issue during my stay. So inconvience.

When we got in our room, the toilet was already broken and was spilling water everywhere. The room also wasn't like in the pictures of booking.com. So i went to the lobby to complain about it. The lady was very friendly but told me she couldn't do anything about it. I told her it was not her fault but if she's at that moment working in the lobby she should help me. After 15 minutes they gave us another room to check out. That room was on the 3th floor, on the roof. Great location of the room. Unfortunately at night when it started raining, water was leaking into the room at 2 different spots. So we got another room, again. This time they helped us with our luggage. The breakfast is very basic, not great but ok. Good for a few days. The location is really perfect. You only have to live with the music from the beach because there's a fireshow every evening 'till 00.30am. It didn't bother us. The pool is very nice.

Excellent location right on the main beach. Breakfast was really good with a nice view over the ocean. Daily cleaning of the room. The room and bathroom were very spacious with a great layout. We also had a nice view over the swimming pool and beach. We were right opposite the best duty free shop that caters for all the chocoholics as well as the alcoholics lol. The hotel offers excellent value for your money. And of course the beds were very comfortable.

Not necessarily something the hotel has control over, but the loud live music on the beachfront echoes through your room throughout the night till 2 in the mornings. The fire show is nice, but personally I think there is no need for the DJ to carry on the way he does, depriving everyone of their sleep. It is bearable if you have a short stay, but wow it's annoying should you be kept out of your sleep for days in and days out. If it wasn't for this disturbing noise, I would give the hotel 10 out of 10.

Location is very near to the beach. Just beside dataran chenang. Near to everywhere. Shop, beach, makan stall, mall, atm machine, convenience store. Breakfast is delicious. Eventhough not so many choice, but the taste is good. Room is spacious. Bed comfy.

No car park. Have to park at langgura baroon or try luck along the road (only inside the box) or you will get a summon ticket from majlis. Our room at level 4, the water pressure very2 low and one morning no water supply. So we have to call the hotel and wait 30 minutes before the water resume back. Noisy at night because there are a dancing robot with loud music at the dataran. But ok for us because we sleep late. They will stop around 11pm.

The scenery is beautiful, directly in front the beach. During evening time quite crowded with people but offer many waters sport activity.Many stalls selling product along the beach along with fireworks show. In front of the resort, there is many shops and restaurant nearby, very easy access only by walking. Highly recommended for family with children. Room quite comfortable with interconnecting room offered with my children. The stay is very value for the money.

Problem with the toilet flushing, flushing water quite slow

Do not be mistaken by the first impression (dark lobby, old furniture, wooden floor...): this is a comfortable, clean place endowed with a good management. A strong point: its position. Very central, a few steps from Cenang Mall (50 m), many restaurants, shops, cafes around. Another highlight: situated right on the beach. The sand starts where the swimming pool's rim ends. The beach is long and wide, with fine sand, descending gently into the sea. The usual appliances are present ... and working: a.c., fridge, electric kettle, a safe. A large desk for posing your laptop + papers; wifi strong and stable. The staf is competent and friendly.

-- Nobody seems to be concerned by the motorbikes driving on the beach. -- During my stay, every day a beach party with loud music (70 dB) took place from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. - on the section of the beach facing the hotel. - Lot of fun for some, no doubt; nuisance for others.

Location was excellent, especially as we had a sea view room. Was nice to sit on the balcony and chill. Fridge in room and iron available in the corridor. Had buffet breakfast one of the mornings 25 MYR, omelettes made on request. Large mirror in the bedroom was a plus.

Could have had better lighting in either bathroom or bedroom for getting ready in the evening. The fire show and transformer show (both close to the hotel, so not the hotels fault) we’re loud and went on pretty late around 1pm, maybe that was because we’re were there over the festive period.

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Loved the beachfront location and the staff were so sweet. I received double the breakfast vouchers as I was solo and they allowed me to use the extras towards my dinners. Very kind. The breakfast buffet was incredible…so many choices.

Really would have liked a room with a view. The resort should have loungers and chairs on the beach for the guests. Note: if you have an early morning flight, book your Grab ride in advance. I had to pay an exorbitant taxi fare.

Great location for the beautiful sandy beach, beautiful sunset and we had the room with the ocean view

The fire shows every night on the beach was very loud till passed 1:30am and because our room facing the beach and it was impossible to try to sleep every night, we complained to the hotel and they said they can’t do anything about it😭😭 The water activities on the beach is very concerning for anybody wanting to swim, going swimming felt like playing in traffic, and not enjoyable.
