Super friendly & helpful staff with genuine smiles & willingness to help. The location is amazing away from the noisy areas on Cenang beach. Quiet despite being a family hotel on the main road. Everything is just steps away & the backdoor leads to an excellent laundry service across the street. The room has all you need & the design is practical yet really beautiful. Room service & the cleaning staff were very nice & committed to doing their job nicely & amicably. It's a perfect hotel for a family with kids. Definitely going to stay there again & again.

The swimming pool is too small. It would be a good idea if they supplied a slipper/slippers in each room, especially in the washroom. The safe box is an antique kind of box that uses a simple padlock (the hotel is safe but you know, there's a first time for everything). You will be held responsible for even simple things like stains on the linens or towels so take note of that (mentioned clearly in the info sheet left in the room, so do read that carefully. Overall, simple things, nothing serious that would mar anyone's stay there.

The location was superb - centrally located with access to the beach, the food and shopping. Rooms were clean and big. The decor of the entire hotel/room was very tasteful and cosy. Price was a steal for such a booking with the location/comfort/decor.

Main issue is with the wifi - had unstable connection with difficulty connecting for most of the days. Also had small issues with the upkeep - sink has a clogged issue (water was slow to drain), some doors had mild issues with the closing/locking mechanism requiring an extra maneuver during the process

Was greeted by Aziman on the front desk who showed us to the room and explained everything we needed to know . The room and the hotel had a nice Arty feeling about it and was kept very clean . All the staff were very polite and provided towels fror the beach and also a useful umbrella. The hotel was situated in the main street just over the road from the beach with plenty of eating establishments and other shops all nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay here with no complaints.

Great location. beach, duty free shops and restaurants are just a walking distance. Staffs are friendly and nice. The room are well kept and tidy.

The room that we stayed in, the sink and curtain was not properly attached and almost fall off. Not soundproof. Can hear cars zooming outside and people talking in corridors and streets. No view.

We had a wonderful experience at the Arch Studio Cenang. Every staff member we encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to everyone! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Langkawi, especially if you wish to stay in Cenang! With excellent property and location, also very convenient to walk around Cenang. Located just next to food trucks, stalls, and markets along the road of Cenang. We'd stay here again and again next time. Price-wise is very reasonable. We were even given a super delicious complimentary breakfast by the hotel. There's even Netflix. For us, Arch Studio Cenang is top-notch! Location great, near beaches & amenities. Nice staff. Great bathroom . IF coffee is important the Starbucks is only a few blocks away & open to 2am! Near a nice bar called The Cliff right on the ocean.

My pillow smelled like like it was not washed. It had body odor. I am sensitive to smells. This is the only thing that bothered me . I was given a bill of 300 RM but my charge statement showed 546RM?? Pool hard to enter & leave . No hand rails for safety. If u have any physical disabilities then this pool is not 4 u. The loft room is difficult to climb & bring your luggage up (if u have physical difficulties)

Location is good. Just opposite the underwater world (there also have Mcdonald, Starbucks & duty free shops). Beside hotel, at night have food trucks. Go out from the hotel side door (at the arts shop). Can walk to the beach. Lots of other shops around hotel.

No air con in the lobby (eco-friendly). It will be great if they can have a big fan at least. Quite hot weather. 1 toilet in the lobby. No lift. My mom (knee problem, elderly) was not a fan of this (need to walk up stairs). Hotel only has 3 levels. No microwave in room.

the king suite was excellent. the queen suite had a big patch that needed repainting in the bathroom. the queen room was good. the shower areas in the 3 rooms were just slightly lower than the sink areas, and the water from shower sometimes did not drain quickly, so water pooled up and wet areas around the shower. took us a while to figure out the hot water system, would have been great if the switches were labeled so we would be able to see that the hot water had a switch both inside and outside the shower. similarly it took us a while to figure out the air conditioning and fan systems. staff were very helpful when approached for help

The place for family suite is just as it looks in the pictures, it is spacious, the paintings are nice to look at and they even have Netflix! The room is definitely cozy and super nice to stay. In terms of location it is superb, as it is located near to the cenang beach around 3 min walk and on the right of our studio there is a food truck that mostly operate at night, very convenient to eat dinner. There are other places to eat breakfast near the McDonald Langkawi Underwater world (ard 5min walk to the left of the studio) and several places down the street. A lot of good value staff they are selling nearby so be sure to check it out! Housecleaning and support was excellent as they mention they will houseclean everyday.

The toilet door cant seem to close properly. (it is a wooden sliding door) Somehow took me several attempts to close properly. Otherwise overall facilites are good,. Unfortunately there was no breakfast but it wasn't a big deal as there are a lot of food places nearby.
