The room is right next to the pool, the environment is quiet enough, the view from the window is beautiful.Two sandy beaches are nearby, many places to eat in the city

We arrived late at night and got a terrible room, number 11. The water in the shower barely flowed, and it dripped onto the toilet and the water heater. Towels and bed linen are worn, I have never seen such poor ones anywhere before.The room itself is uncomfortable and dark.There are no pictures of this room in the hotel description. The good thing is that the next day the room was changed to another one in a new building and everything was fine there. True, it was necessary to pay a little extra

Excellent location, close to the beach and to shops and restaurants. Lovely pool for the kids to use. Helpful staff and large vacation villa with plenty of room to sleep three kids and three adults. This was our second stay at this hotel and for the money, we feel it is outstanding value.

Our room wasn't cleaned after our first day at the hotel-we had to ask for it to be cleaned after we returned from a day out. Returning home to a villa full of rubbish wasn't ideal. The TV was dated and had a poor quality picture and some of the fixtures and fittings are old, dirty and could be replaced.

Great location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Just off main road, so nice and quiet. We stayed in vacation chalet for 4 people behind main building and smaller rooms. Provided with lots of toiletries and towels regularly, chalet was very clean. Loved the Coway water machines where we could refill water bottles all the time. Excellent Internet and the pool was just perfect to cool down in. Staff were genuinely lovely.

Nothing much, perhaps a couple more pillows on the beds.

Quiet and peaceful location. Never disturbed by other guests. Clean and spacious room with all we needed. Liked that the room was really dark in the mornings. Lovely pool and always able to get a sunlounger About 10min walk to beach but quite a few restaurants & shops close by. Daily housekeeping. Easy to check-in & out.

Towels & líneas could be fresher

The place is in strategic location walkable distance to both cenang and tengah beach the rooms are surrounded by greenery 💗 room is clean and aircond works well staff is friendly and helpful laundry service is provided most importantly so affordable for 4 person in a room for 4nights!🥰

if want to pick bones in egg it will be the dim lighting in room difficult for makeup and the low water pressure in toilet but that’s totally not big issue

The staff were great,we booked the wrong room and they had no problems moving us ,the room was very clean and we were asked everyday if we wanted the room serviced, the location is great

Pool could be a bit deeper and they need to ban kids with these clicker ball game can be very annoying

Staff is friendly, they aswered my question politely. The room is ok, comfortable and space enough for my family 3 adult 3 kids, we love the pool which just a few step from room door and green view of the hotel. I can say it was well maintaned place even its not too big which is bonus because not many people in it. Its nearby of Pantai Cenang where u can get almost "EVERTHING HERE" chocoalate, gelato ice cream, beach, shopping shop, mall and many variety of food and restraurant and 5 minutes walk to underwater world

The location is very good. Set a little bit back from the main road, so no noise at all. Close to both the Pantai and Tengah beaches. Beautiful garden and pool. Staff is wonderful.

The pool gets very noisy. We stayed in the new part of the hotel, and there are a few things still missing. A shelf in the bathroom to put all your stuff and wardrobe in the bedroom.
