I like the room and the pool. The shower also was nice since the hotel provided with easy to use shampoo and body showers container rather than the usual small bottle. All the staffs were very helpful from day 1

My room was okay but the wifi was super slow, there's some complaint regarding my parents room. The aircon is not cold even with the most low temperature and parking spots always full since they're old and need to park nearer to walk. We've stayed many times before back when Grand Lexis just opened and tried almost all room type and we can say it's our favorite hotel. I hope that the management will try to improve and maintain the quality in terms of facilities.

Love the Room, Its much more Spacious, Comfy Bed, Private Bigger Pool attached & not that far towards the Lobby. The staffs are very attentive, frenly & Helpful. A definite comeback to this Location as its much better compared to Lexis Hibiscus.

Main Shower is broken loose & water seems to be spilling everywhere in the shower room, The Wifi is terrible though Code & Password was given when we checked in. Checking out Time is too early by 11am is something not regularly practiced by such Resort & Hotel. At least check in Time could be much earlier by 1pm or 2pm. Latest Check out time should be 1.30pm to 2pm. That's my personal comment as a Muslim to be able to perform their Dzuhur Prayers.

OK, I glad to come back here after Disember 2021. This time I stay at sky pool villa. The pool is the most happier for my children. Nice staff, comfortable room.

Please improve service and time for guests check in to your resort. I not satisfied with the service because it's almost take 2 hours just to check in.

Maybe u could put in more varieties to breakfast especially for kids. Put staff at karaoke place coz i hv to wait for.more than 40min and still no one came and i left frustrated.

The location and environment are excellent. Had a very good experience staying there especially with the private pool. Surely will be coming back to have our holiday there.

The temperature of the fridge is not cold enough when we put our drinks inside and when we want to have a drink, it is only slightly cold, not as what we expected. Some of the tv channels are also not quite clear to see.

Lower the price because the time we stay I think to short.

This is our first time in PD.. Great staff & compliment to the frontoffice team got my room upgraded thank u so much.. we are honoured it was the highlight of our stay in PD.. the breakfast was delicious compliment to the pastry chef best pastry selection and it was freshly cook live.. the whole family love it.. Compliment to the friendly security team every where we go the security presence is making the area felt very safe..

Facilities were excellent. My nephews enjoyed the pool in the rooms the most. They were in the pool until midnite! I enjoyed the comfy bed and pillows so much! Was difficult to stay away from the bed! Staff were very nice, good job in hiring and training them! Breakfast food were good, alot of nice choices! And the buggy rides with the cheerful drivers were of course the best!

From the day we checked in throughout our checkout, the service rendered by all staff was excellent. The condition of the room was well maintained. Spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff are very friendly and service oriented. Hopefully, the service and brand standard can be maintained or elevated to the next level. We are looking forward to be back again.

I like the breakfast and the pool

Pool light is not on for room 2042. Kindly recheck... Just want to say something... I collect hotel's pen for souvenir and will always get one when i ask at the counter... but the staff at the counter today, the one that handling my check out process ask me to go to the souvenir shop to get one... nice... 😑 Other than this... no issue... other staff is so helpful.
