The staff are super great. Really appreciate their smiles and hospitality. The room is big and cosy. The pool is nice. The location is great. Was planning to try the spa/treatment but not enough time. Will come back again with family. And thank you for the free upgrade.

I actually booked room with jacuzzi/bath tub and balcony with sea view, however, upon arrival, i've got an upgrade, to exclusive pool villa, with a swimming pool instead and double queen bed, which too big for just 2 of us. If i know this earlier, probably i can bring along my kids. The tv also not so clear..can't watch it due to the pictures was not sharp and lots of dots. I also didn't fancy the roti canai during breakfast, hard and not fully cooked.

Room very spacious, comfortable for our family (4 pax) to stay in together. Two big beds, comfortable to sleep. Balcony with clear sea-view. Nice to sit and relax, watching the sunset/sunrise. Very calm. Breakfast very good, staffs are good. Not forgetting the security guards very good as well. Parking space good. Surely will visit again.

Nothing much to complain, except the followings: # the furniture, the tiles, looks a bit old. Just need polish up to bring out the shining. # Wall painting or wall paper, just a touch-up could bring better and brighter look. # bathroom glass door, makes screeching noise. Just need fixing.

There was a good variety and selection of breakfast items. The taste of the food items was about average

I wanted to extend my stay by one night and they said they were fully booked. I checked this in several platforms ( Agoda, Trip, Trivago) and found this to be true. I asked them to please inform me if any vacancy comes up. They never did - although I checked in the same platforms the following morning and saw 4 rooms were available. I did not extend my stay. Reception staff needs to step up their services.

1) Staff - Staff were very friendly, accommodating and and helpful - There was an issue during the checkout with regards to the deposit paid during the check in, but the staff calmly explained to me on the issue which made things clearer 2) Room - Room was definitely spacious and cosy for 2 pax; Ideal for Couples who are there for their honeymoon - The concept of the room was different; Washroom upon entering the door but its reasonable since the hotel is near the beach and pool, it would be advisable to head into the washroom to avoid getting the bedroom wet

- Hotel could facilitate for more activities in their location - Takes a while to head out to other parts to explore

1. I don't like lif, take long time for waiting 2. My luggage too late arrive my room because about lif 3. I don't like food breakfast, please repair your sambal nasi lemak and few food 4. No signature food from menu to try

Overall our stay was pleasant esp. pleased to check-in into a clean neat room with clean furniture, clean overall bathroom area & toilet with cleaned-fresh white bath towels, clean-fresh white beddings (pillows, bedsheets, comforters). Even the furniture at the balcony & the balcony itself was clean that no need to even wear the in-room slippers provided in the room because the overall room was quite clean with air-conditioning, house phone, iron & ironing board, electric kettle, hair dryer & tv are all in good working condition.😃

1. The jacuzzi hand held shower piping was leaking & the water drainage stopper was out of order & therefore we don't have the opportunity to enjoy it. 2. Because the room type we occupied 3 of us in a family & can accommodate max 4 adults & thus should provide all amenities in a set of 4 e.g. bath towels, hand/face towels, toothbrush, cup/mug, mineral/drinking water, in room slippers. Otherwise guest would have to call to request.

My first honeymoon staycation at here, to bring back the memories, i came here again to celebrate my first anniversarry. I made a special request i want a room with a sea view, generosity of the management gave me the room with a sea view without any charges. I am very happy and grateful and will come again any mean time. Thankyou Lexis PD. Convenient, great and friendly staff.

Overall quite nice,all the Staff was very polite receptionist, buggy driver and the Security. All the Breakfast Menu was so delicious and Pillows was Comfy in my room. Next time i will come back to check in at this Hotel. See you Soon.

The bathroom door in my room 036L, only can Open 1 Slide Only. So Small to come in and Out to take a bath. Are this sliding door broken.

beach...a bit far...join with Glory beach..too many people...muddy ... Your reception, i didnt see her name, chinese girl (fat a bit) , young girl ...cant even speak proper language, malay or english...not laud enough.... Reception is the main person...when check in, they should welcome us, ..."Hi welcome to Lexis, enjoy your stay"...once check out..."thank you..., hopefully your enjoy and love our service...see you again soon..." What your reception did...welcome us like,..cant hear her voice...no thank you...check out .,,i given the key...she replied .."ok ..that's all"... Lexis is a 5 star resort to stay...but your staff behaviour like ...low class...i mean the reception...

Room was quite nice and very neat and clean. Breakfast was wonderful with variety of items, I really enjoyed.

I was denied Buggy ride back to Lexis from Grand Lexis after my lunch as the restaurant was in Grand Lexis. The person standing in at the lobby said you could walk from here. Though it is very near, I did not like the attitude of the person.
