we got free upgrade, in which is a nice touch. view is awesome, as it is at the front of the bed aircond is cold it feels soundproof, but could not test it bed is super comfy with 4 pillows per king bed eatery and beach is within walking distance

near to beach, shops and restaurants Mc’D,Starbucks and Maybank Breakfast was nasi lemak,sausage, kuey teoy goreng , mini cup cakes, cereal, salads, two types of fruits, bread and butter, jam,juice and coffee and tea.simple Malaysian food

not that clean.. balcony dirty with birds poos curtains and small pillows were dirty with stains bedspread got tiny bits of yellow colour snack dropping

Location was great near supermarket, fast food joints and close to water Had a small secluded beach which was 1 minute walk from the hotel The person who checked me in was very helpful ...Kudos to him! Room was clean and functional Availability of undercover parking outside the lobby was a huge plus

Breakfast not great for MYR30 better options available nearby No English TV channels No chairs on the balcony, which was small but at least 1 chair would've been good especially as there were none in the room also!

Unexpectedly the room has a very nice view of the sea from the bed. There's a sliding door where you can stare at the sea and city from your bed. Also, there's a separate room for the other queen bed with a closet provided. A small kitchen area and table to hang out. Sofa and TV were provided as well. The pool is spacious and the gym was maintained well. All equipment is working fine. Breakfast was good, not that fancy but variety of local standard menus.

The parking area is full of bird poops. Got room in a separate building so needs to walk a bit to the main building for breakfast. Private beach needs to walk there, a bit far.

The reception looks grand. Staff was polite. But the lift is just average, looked slightly dull and old, would do better with some renovation. But it works just fine. The apartment corridor was normal looking only. Corridor and lift was wet, probably due to the rainy weather and the residents use the swimming pools. The room was decent, amenities are new, but could do with some better housekeeping. The mattress was a bit stained in one of our beds, the underbeds are very dusty. We even found a coin under the phone. The bathroom is clean, but probably a bigger bathroom will be fabulous. The sink tap and shower got both hot and cold water, but the toilet side tap has only cold water. Water pressure is very good though. The view however was nice from our room on the 9th floor. Partial seaview. It was rainy season when we went so couldn't really appreciate a nice sunrise or sunset. But there were some firecrackers ongoing that night that made our day. But basically the seaview is just very relaxing. Otherwise the kitchen has microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee which was great. It was kept clean. Also had some plates inside the cupboard. Would appreciate some handwash soap and dish cleaner to clean the dish. Also it would be wonderful to keep some extra garbage bag, so that we can replace ourselves when the dustbin is full. Owh the TV has very basic channels. But got USB port, so can bring in advance some nice movie or download the kids programme to keep them busy. I would really suggest the hotel admin to try and instal at least 1 kids friendly channel. We adults would appreciate HBO/Fox channel. :) The aircond working well in both living room and the room. They have iron and ironing pad which is undoubtedly handy. The in-house dining menu was so-so. We tried mee goreng, meehun goreng, and nasi ayam. The presentations and portion was good. But really need to work on the taste.

1. Housekeeping- must be more thorough cleaning the place, stained mattress, dusty underbeds 2. More channels on the TV 3. Suggest to add on handwash soap by the sink, extra garbage bag 4. Improve the looks on the lift.

Seaside location. Big comfortable rooms with excellent view despite having only "partial sea view". Strong shower. Plenty of food options nearby. Supermarket and food truck park right in front. Free and ample indoor parking very near main entrance. Very friendly and accommodating reception staff - allowed very early check-in as soon as room ready.

In-room safe was not working. Cannot open sliding doors for fresh sea breeze because birds might fly in (many of them flying around and perching on the ledge outside) - can consider putting up screens so that we can keep the doors open. Breakfast has plenty of food but not very delicious compared to other similar-rated hotels.

Breakfast was good but replenishment of food should be faster.

I was charged tourism fee even though I am a Malaysian. How do I claim back from Booking.com. The hotel receptionist said they charged me according to the booking I made. However I could not indicate my nationality during the booking. Can I get my rebate of rm40 for 4 nights stay?

The pool, the breakfast and especially the staff , receptionist Eja was very helpful and the staff at the Reefs cafe too.

The building itself look dirty and needed new paint. The rooms were clean but The room set up was not very pleasant. One bedroom was actually set up in the living room. No towels given at the pool. Other then that everything else was good.

So far all things are very good suitable with the price, very relaxing place to stay for all, but the place was too quiet maybe because I stay on weekdays. Breakfast is okay for me. Check in and check out procedure very smooth too. Oh and also the hotel is soo near with mcdonalds/starbucks/kfc that’s the best part!

The hospitality very comfortable, affordable, strategic place in nearest to beach & grocery. Also the pool nice view, very convenience to kids & adults to use & near to playground. Breakfast also many choice to eat & friendly staff. Free parking.

The TV no channel at all cannot use room become silent & need to improve the WIFI due to my room at level 10 no enough line coverage.
