I love the room 265.. Room and bed was comfortable, aircond very cool, love it.. The room, bed, towel, toilet was very clean.. Love the surrounding, very near tu pantai juz crossing the road.. Love the breakfast at the cafe.. Nasi goreng kampung and kuay tiaw goreng sedap 😋, sambal bilis pun sedap 😋😋.. The other also ok although there are not much variety of food.. The staff at the front desk also very good and polite during my check in registration 👍 By the way the hotel are doing good, keep improved to raise back the glory like before.. Keep it up 💪💪👍👍👍

Juz little about the bad smell when the first rime u enter, but later the smell gone.. The shower area was very2 small 😅, quite uncomfortable, my husband keep complaining it although he is quite thin than me 😅😂 The rest are ok and acceptable with the price i paid..

Strategic location near the Beach. Lots of Restaurant and stalls nearby hotel just walking distance. Room is good, tefal Iron provided inside the room which is a bonus even though no minibar 😊Overall a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back again.

Toilet and the pool need to be upgraded as it is quite small especially Kids pool.

Your staff can give me the room as per requested. The staff also give a good service during checkin and checkout process. Overall we satisfied with your service and the price. All in good but maybe I suggest you can add more menu for breakfast, so we have more choices of food. And also you can give extra food menu suitable for kid's.

Aircond, maybe you can replace the old unit or give a good maintenance to old unit aircond because they take time to cold the all room. Btw the others have no issue.

Other than people are queuing up outside the front door to check in, the check in procedures quite messy. Booked 5 rooms, only when we are checking in the reciptionist told us they need all adults' vaccine cert (not everyone has arrived so need to make some calls here and there), and after that told us to give all cars' plat numbers (repeat the callings again). Would be great if they can notify us beforehand so that we already prepared everything by the time we arrived at the counter.

Impact of easy to find location for food & good part of family members for relax and holiday

The toilet is less clean, towels, bed sheets & a lot of serangga (agas) in the toilet.

I like the convenient carpark cause near to my room and easy to load all the stuffs. The facilities such iron and iron board inside the room also make me happy because easier for me and my mom to use it.

The door is not easy to close. Need to improve on it.

I did request the room during booking , but didn't receive room request. Bad in customer service. Luckily the room was ok

Strategic location as I looked this hotel was located at opposite beautiful beach and it surround with restaurants, and food market. In terms price, it was affordable price when I booked, with sufficient space for 3 person.

The room is still lack of cleanliness, I would strongly advised need improve regular cleaning weekly such as vacuum instead using broom, as I observed my room reserved was fit little bit dust.

The room prepared was at ground floor as I have difficulty climbing stairs. The bathroom has the safety pole suitable for old and disabled person.
