my family very happy and want to repeat again. The breakfast is delicious and nice. My nephew really like the porridge. My family said this a strategic place and beautiful view. I will repeat again for my husband family.

The route to sea a big difficult and unsafety for senior citizen. I hope, it can improve for safeness.

Good location ..Nice breakfast, clean room, fast checkin n checkout, aircond cold enough, there was telekung, Al Quran and sejadah for muslim.

The room clean & spacious. The location was at the strategic area. Beautiful seaview. Pool also in good condition even a location bit far from the building. So far worth for money

The pillow provided not comfortable & not suitable for kids and the oldest.

1:My top neighbor making noise by moving chair until late twelve at night. Report to receptionist by nil joy. 2:Water heater shower head need replacement. 3:TV channels not entertain , it's boring...and plus the aerial connection so bad. Disappointing. 4:Found no winding machine around hotel. 5:Found no simple spoon or stick to stir coffee inside room.

Great location, located on top of the hill. Got a really nice view of the ocean in the middle of Telok Kemang Beach on the right and Purnama beach on the left. Spent a quality time there.

1. The check in time is already quite late at 4 PM but the room still not ready yet. I received the key and went to the room but a bit surprised when the room still not ready. Not a big issue as I understand that it's school holiday. Need to improve communication between reception counter and housekeeping staff. 2. No direct route to Pantai Purnama and need to drive there although only located nearby.

We love the walk path by the beach. Just a shirt drve to teluk kemang. In fact u can walk there during low tide.

Cant walk to the beach during high tide and the next door resort didnt allow us to use their path. We had to sneak out when the guard arent looking. Hopefully management can kawtim with them. Maybe give us special pass or something.

The mattress and pillows are comfortable and each person has 2 pillows, telekung and sarong are provided in the room. A pair of rubber slippers are provided in the bathroom. There are bbq pits provided near to the pools but need to get permission from the hotel's cafe.

The food delivery riders are not allowed to enter the compound but cars are allowed. The rules of wearing proper swimming suits are not enforced when they are using the swimming pool.

😶 Towels smell bad 😶 No hot water tap at bathroom sink 😶 Too little covered area around swimming pool. Only 3 patio umbrella provided for large hotel. We had to share with other guests since we brought along baby and senior citizen

Breakfast is quite nice. RM14/child this is the price when you pay during check in but if you pay after that then it will be different (4 yo above) Check in was fast and easy Helpful staff during check in Price is quite reasonable Room is quite clean but the floor is a bit sticky Beach is quiet and peaceful, in walking distance Pool is great and clean
