Near to IOI mall

The kids club is dirty. My child get HFMD from the kids club. Nobody monitor and obviously they did not sanitize the room.

Mall is close by. The facilities and rooms are new/well maintained. Surroundings are quiet and overlook open nature spaces. Food and drinks at the mini bar are free. The room and toilet are spacious and clean. We were given the connecting rooms we requested for.

We had to wait till 5pm (check-in time was listed as 3pm) before we got our rooms. The staff was patient in explaining the reason for the long wait and tried to assure that the connecting rooms we requested for were placed on priority for cleaning. At 5pm, we were given 1 room to rest in first and the connecting room keys were delivered to our room 40mins later.

Lack of hand or face towel . Need to change those worn out furniture that are peeling .. Changing the mattress that seem drown when you laid down . The price of the room used to be lesser before the covid . But now higher due to higher demand as it’s near the biggest mall & many meetings/convention by corporate companies using the hotel. At least upgrade the room aesthetic & qualities of furniture to the price given .

Love the access to IOI Mall. Great for family staycation over a weekend with kids having access to IOI Mall. Love the bathtub because I can see my kids take a bath and enjoy the bubbles as I sit and watch the TV inside the room. Very helpful and polite staff. Fast check in and check out.

The breakfast could have been better with more local and international unique varieties. The room furniture style is too business like for kids. There should be a Family-style suite for small kids as the hotel is highly ideal for family staycation.

Firstly, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cheery voiced gentleman. Checking in was a breeze, gave our car number to enjoy the Free Parking. We booked 3 rooms for our family. A trolley was available to load all our luggage and quickly sent to our rooms. Love the spacious room, comfy bed, lots of fluffy white towels, toiletries and complimentary mini bar. There was a bath tub and separate shower in the bathroom. The bidet system is very cute and stylish. Love the sofa for two. Hotel carpark is separate from mall carpark. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.Local favourites like nasi lemak, sambal sotong, rendang, dim sum, noodles. Freshly baked rolls, croissant and cakes. Egg station, sushi, bimbimbap, salmon, salad, juices, coffee and tea. We even had ala carte dinner and had delicious food there. So easy to go to the mall too. Yes this will be our home for our next trip. Truly enjoyed our stay. Prayer mat in room Kiblat direction on ceiling.

No iron and ironing board in room.

I absolutely love the breakfast spread. Managed to secure the presidential suite for me and my family. Our room has an assigned breakfast area on the 20th floor but i personally preferred the one on the ground floor. More variety and choices. The room was massive with a dining area, living room, a bar area, bedroom and a huge bathroom. Perfect for a big family. Staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Will definitely recommend my family and friends.

The bed were amazing, fluffy and very comfortable. The minibar also provide unique experience and convenient as well. The bathroom was almost perfect. Love the overhead shower. The TV channels also not bad.

The wash basin drains water really slow, at 1 point we thought it was clogged. So the residue can be seen clearly on the surface of the white basin when the water subsided. The pool was closed when it was raining drizzly in the morning. Kids were a bit disappointed, maybe can improve with retractable shades or roof on the pool. Don't want to spoil the kids mood in the morning.

majority new staffs and they are not like those day, which i’m feeling back home. training require for them to do services with a smile especially front desk and i’m having a problem to enter my room after dinner too, ( the door is out of battery ). anyway, for your information the longest I stayed at Méridien Putrajaya was during before pkp, 10-17 days a month. please take seriously about your customer services oriented. by the way, your internship staffs is much better than your permanent staff. my apologies to say this.

Nice ambience and decor. Efficient and reliable lift. Good breakfast location with wide spread of international cuisine. Conveniently connected to the IOI shopping mall.

Unexpected sharp turns at the car park entrance. One need to drive with extra caution as the driveway surpentines through the car park.

The room is good. A bit wear and tear here and there. We get to enjoy the mini bar, ordered room service for dinner and breakfast seamlessly. Overall it was good not excellent.

I thought the staff at the fromt desk was a bit stuck up. They didn’t explained what the le scoop card was about. They didn’t tell me that I did not have to validate my card when I leave. When I was checking out they receptionist was too awkward. The room service American breakfast portion was too small for 68 ringgit. The room still uses CARPET!!! I can still smell the musty ordor
