Mercure Living Putrajaya

great location - walk distance mall and food area. facilities - the room feel like home, great view, kitchen area, bedroom and the washing machine in the room make my stay more relaxed. the swimming pool and the service towels after swimming is extra points.

cleanliness - can see dusty specially at the corner area, inside the tv cabinet and under it, under the sofa and behind the curtains. and the carpet if they can vaccum each time check out it will be great for the next check in guest as notice a lot of hair on the carpet and the room floor.

Big room, beautiful. You can sleep on the couch and it was so cozy. Good channels on the tv. Very quiet environment which you can unwind. Easy to order food around. For me, I rather order food and just enjoy in the room. Because it was that cozy. thank you lol

You need to use touch-n-go card to enter their parking area. You need to validate the tng card twice (once after you enter, and another before you want to go out) so the first time, although I had validated the card before I go out, it still charged me RM3 because I didn't validate the first time after I check-in. I didn't know that. The next day I told the staff at reception and later he helped me. Breakfast was good but not many varieties. It was just okay.

Nice view.. We can see KLCC & TRX from our room as our room was in 27th floor.. Got tv inside the master bedroom

Stayed at two bedrrom apartment.. Second room is too small like a store room.. Theres a few shirt left behind inside the washing machine.. The room a little bit smelly but much better after we informed the houskeeping and they sprayed some perfume inside the room.. The houskeeping didnt clean the oven.. The masterbedroom wasss very hot.. The aircond was not cool even i put on the fan speed to HIGH compared to the living room.. The sofa got stain.. Housekeeping please check and make sure everything is in deep clean!

the room was perfect. literally felt like back when i lived in the UK; from the colour scheme to the distinct smell of the room.

the receptionist, Najwa, might need extra training on how to treat guests. seriously, working as a frontliner is tough, but that didn’t mean she could treat guests snobbishly and didn’t even smile. whenever i had any inquiries, i preferred to seek other ladies compared to her.

Wide variety of breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff. Bid swimming pool. Big size apartment. Clean & comfortable bed, toilet & kitchen. Got fridge, not mini bar size. Microwave oven & rice cooker being provided and not to forget the washing machine. Wifi super fast.

Variety of breakfast was the same on the 2nd day. As mentioned in other guest review, there was a bad smell in the toilet suspected from the drainage pipe which might due to poor design of it. The hotel might want to provide air freshener. Dishwash detergent need not being provided; RM15 if you need it. The toiler bidet was the type that "shooting" from the bowl, not the one with hose. Some might find this troublesome. Swimming pool water tasted a bit salty like diluted sea water.

i booked an apartment with 1 queen bedroom n 2 single bed with breakfast which logically this for 4 pax … unfortunately, i was accidentally booked under 2 pax. So then, during breakfast, i just allowed to eat for 2 pax instead 4 pax … the extra 2 has to pay … So???? what is the policy? follow the room capacity or the booking ? sometimes, this should be A COMMON SENCE right ???

We booked this hotel very last minute, just 4 days before our check-in date, during a school holiday. Despite this, we were very satisfied with the family room. The room was clean and had basic amenities for an apartment. The location is convenient, within walking distance to Alamanda. The staff were very helpful, especially the concierge (Alondo, if I'm not mistaken). Overall, a great stay!

However, there were a few downsides to our stay. The buffet breakfast was not replenished during the two days we were there. On the second day, food was running out by 9am, and there was no replenishment of cereal or milk (I had to take milk from the coffee machine myself). The buffet line was dirty, and no chef was seen checking the food. The service staff on the floor were busy clearing tables and attending to other tasks. Despite the good variety of food, it quickly ran out and was not replenished.

Excellent price & space ratio and felt like staying at home. Just next door to Alamanda Mall which is far more relaxing than going to the hectic IOI. The best thing they gave me an upgrade without requesting to ensure 2 units were on the same floor. Everything worked well. Anyway we have been staying here several times since it was under Shaftsbury Putrajaya. In fact everything looked the same except the name changed to Mercure Living. Mercure could not change anything as everything were still good to perfection.

Nothing really, everything OK to us, we were not fussy people as if we were the greatest on earth…

The property is fairly new and well maintained. The FO team led by Patvin were friendly and very professional. They were always ready to help. The convenience of a secured carpark with a touch N go is a PLUS!!! My appreciation to all the Hotel staff especially Patvin, Ms Fifi and Ms RaRa and all the unsung heroes in the background who made this family break a memorable one. Housekeeping needs some more improvements in terms of cleanliness, foul odor in the toilets and fungi build up at the seams of the silicon sealants, oil stains and food crumbs (in hard to reach places) under the sofa. The microwave, in my opinion was placed too high. Revisit the safety aspects where hot food can be a spill-hazard when trying to remove the heated food/liquids from high above your shoulder level. Please include dark curtains to shield from morning sunlight in the master bedroom & living room.

Provide an alternative for those attending meeting or courses in Putrajaya offices. The apartment like hotel room provides complete amenities and even a washing machine, electrical stove and microwave. The aircond and refrigerator work 😊. I like the soap and shampoo😍

Like most of hotel..there was no wall clock be it digital or analog. It’s nice to have but not mandatory😉. There was a connecting bridge between the hotel and Alamanda but due to poor signage, you will go round and round. At the end the external way thru the main entrace is easier..straight to Parkson😙
