1) this is my 2nd time of staying in Avani Goldcoast Sepang and no doubt the breakfast are delicious and varities 2) the buggy service was very good, friendly local staff and cooperative

1) room needs maintenance work as the hand bidet is broken, lamp at the balcony is not functioning, fridge is not working 2) dinner buffet was poor, not as expected 3) security guards are impolite 4) too many flies at breakfast area

Entirely was good unless the buggy style. We have to wait for buggy to go here and there. Breakfast on that day 01.07.2023 was terrible. Idk what happened to the team, this one need huge improvement. Aircond inside cafe also not working, wah panas wooo masa makan😂 staying with 3 kids. Breakfast meal need huge improvement. Rendang was salty.

1) breakfast varieties to choose from and delicious. the staff keep on adding the food from time to time to fulfill the guests. 2) room, bathroom is clean and comfortable bed. but the sofas are no longer cushioned, AVANI should have reupholstery all the sofas including the ones at the lobby. 3) the local staffs are all welcoming and friendly. buggy service on time and efficient.

1) the foreign security guards are very annoying and making face. we feel uncomfortable with the looks. it really irritates us. almost spoil our moods. 2) the valet/jockey is not attentive even though we paid for their service, unless their supervisor was there. not worth of paying them

The second breakfast was better than the first day’s, tastes good, more variety and more quantity. Bedroom is very cozy, I like it! Very clean bathroom! I also like the designs of the room! There’s pool game to play and fire show to watch, I really enjoyed it.

Breakfast on first breakfast is below my expectations, and the quantity of foods provided are not enough. Also a lot of flies at the dining area, but it’s not that big problem after using candles. Another issue is the air conditioner is not cold enough, maybe just to me, and it is already the lowest temperature I can adjust.

Its a beautiful place to stay as it was near the beach.The room was spacious and all facilities in the room was great. English high tea set was awesome, breakfast was nice but perhaps to add in more varieties as the choices are quite limited. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful, and i would like to thanks en Syaiful that provide a great service as he willing to pick us up via shuttle from the bagan lalang beach to the hotel.

I am expecting to get a good night sleep as the hotel surrounding was surrounded by water and beaches..however in the middle of the night at about 2.30am our peaceful sleep was disturbed by the noises made from the guest staying next to us..they were playing music, drinking,talking,singing,laughing,screaming and so on so loudly until we totally couldn't go back to sleep and it was lasted until almost 6am 😪☹️☹️😥I was so unhappy with this as we are paying so much money to get a good stay but ended up like that.Maybe Avani should think of something about this.

This is a unique resort and the staff are top class. Friendly, professional, and efficient. The food in the pay to dine restaurants is tasty. We especially liked the Chinese restaurant on site and Sook Chan is an exceptional host. The bread and butter pudding at breakfast time was a treat! Loved the peace and quiet. Appreciated the regular buggy service between accommodation, central hub and lobby.

The resort is a little in need of some TLC and maintenance/redecoration. Flies are a minor issue in the food areas. The eggs at breakfast time should not be made so far in advance as they looked rather un-appetizing! The sharp bits of the feathers in the mattress topper poked through, but a bath towel between the topper and the sheet addressed that issue 👍 Slippers but no robes!

The room was decorated for us in conjunction of our Anniversary. That was lovely!

Miscommunication at the receiption during check in. Room was dusty and the cup smelled so bad which we knew that the housekeepers didn’t clean up properly. Informed the Management, which later the housekeeper came.

Hospitality is top notch. I came with my mom who is using wheelchair and Avani has been pleasant from beginning. They have buggy fetch my mum from car and sent direct to our villa. Avani has decorated the room for my parent 48th anniversary and this meant so much to my mum, especially we just lost our dad few months ago. A bit hard to find place that could make person with special condition happy, but Avani manage to keep my mum happy entire time of her stay. The bed, bathroom were great and comfortable for her. The breakfast spread was amazing, eventhough the villa located a bit far from restaurant but buggy always available and convinient for my mum. Thanks.

mainly the staffs!! They're soooo good and really provided us the best comfort & hospitality 😄 They're all so helpful and nice. I brought my bf to let him experience this stay and I asked for complimentary cakes and they have it! 😄 The main highlight is that i did not request my room to be decorated but they did! It was such a beautiful welcome gift and surprise for my bf 😄 really appreciate the staffs' effort. Also their breakfast is great! I always anticipate their breakfast hehe

ok i mentioned above that the breakfast is great but also it has many flies... like literally swarming and the amount of flies near the food is crazy! The staffs provided us candles when we're eating but to see the drastic amount of flies near the food tray is crazy.
