Public transport access and parking options are also available. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy upon arrival, which is always a plus. The housekeeping staff did a commendable job during my stay. Amenities: The hotel offered several amenities that were nice to have, including free Wi-Fi, dental amenities. The breakfast options were decent, with a good assortment of pastries, fruits, and cereals. Cons: Room Size: While the room was clean, I found it to be a bit cramped for my liking. There wasn’t much space to move around, and storage options were limited. Noise Level: The soundproofing could be improved. I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which sometimes disturbed my sleep. Customer Service: The receptionist went another level of hospitality when i forgot my keycard inside the room, he took a while to answer the phone but did helped solve the issue. Kudos for that. While it has its strengths, there are definitely areas that could use improvement. If you are looking for a basic place to stay without expecting luxury, this hotel might suit your needs.

I had a fantastic two-night stay at this hotel, and the service provided by the receptionist, Amir, was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Amir was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Clean and comfy, there is drinking water, coffee, tea & kettle in the room. Sheets and towel are clean. Toothbrush kit provided. Central location in Shah Alam near to most major landmarks. McD & Mamak is nearby walking distance, friendly staff.

Take note there’s no frontline staff on duty between 2am-10am so you can’t enter the hotel at those hours, the housekeeping staff start work at 8am onwards but there’s no guarantee they will hear the doorbell as they may not be stationed at the front desk.

The lobby decoration was simple and nice. The hotel is clean despite some old furniture. The staff is also very helpful. Overall, a great experience staying here and i think for those looking for a budget hotel for your short stay in Shah Alam can consider this hotel.

I guess the hanging area for clothes is not suitable bcs it is located right above the beverage shelf so it is quite difficult to hang clothes. Maybe can try to relocate it or add another hanging area.

Room is spacious for two people, quiet area, walking distance to Mcdonal. Hotel staff Mr Amir and Mr Khurram is helpful and friendly. Tips, hairdryer is upon request. Overall good value for money.

Can easily hear noise when people speak at the corridor or close the door too hard, but this did not disturb my sleep because I am deep sleeper.

Maybe some facility need to put inside the room like table, and small freezer for room type Queen Standard Room... anyway, i am always verify the water pipe... the quantity waters was good and satisfy to shower...futhermore, the room sound proof is good... overall, this hotel is better condition to stay.

Nice, cosy, newly refurbished. Quiet place, so sleep was good. Receptionist is helpful and friendly. Nearby to convenience shops and food. Easy to find parking as the hotel has own parking lots.

They are still doing renovations, so a bit noisy around 10am. Luckily I m about to check out. The receptionist told me will complete by end of March.

U can hear people talking clearly outside at the corridor even when ur inside the room. Also, have to walk outside in order to use the iron. No TV too so u better bring ur Ipad along if needed. Toilet light is also dim.

I like the place is very nice and very comfy. Staff also very kind at the receptionnist. Theres no deposit required which i like it... And they have lift, very convenient for my parents who cannot take stairs.. very nice!!!!!!!!!11
