I stayed in room 1508. I wonder if The room above me was occupied because i keep hearing people running upstairs and i can hear them walk too even if it was midnight. I couldnt sleep during my last day there

The room is very clean

the receptionist for checkout firstly, was not able to help me with the requested bill. It is because the staff from the previous shift did not communicate with her. So she takes time about 10 minutes to generate my request. My friend and I were late to reach for the meeting that morning. the staff at the jockey counter on the night shift did not focus on the request and just keep silent and ignored me when I asked for the car key, but the staff who mobile work at the parking lot is very helpful and try to help us 2 times, I don't know why the staff at the jockey counter was blur. Overall the service was good.

Location is really good, near to an ATM,Ramadhan Bazaar, foodplaces, shopping and the beautiful Blue Mosque. Suhoor Breakfast was tasty and had good variety.I missed a fresh fried egg but I'm sure they would have made it if I'd asked.The staff here makes the place what it is.From the concierge to front desk all were accommodating, helpful and polite.Really liked the Nasheeds playing in the hallways.Atmospheric xx

Don't choose Mosque View in Ramadhan if you want to get some rest between prayers..It's a beautiful view but comes with loud fireworks, music blaring and scooters from Iftar to 3am. The hotel needs a little bit of maintenance as it has become well worn.

overall just nice but the tv channel not so impress. Hotel setaraf 5 star hotel yang lain tapi tak guna astro channel such as movies, sport, cartoon.. every weekend i selalu bawa my family checkin hotel or resort either in KL or in shah alam.. most of them got the channel. so probably your management can improve this point to make it more great than now.

The staff are not friendly or welcoming

It's my first time to stay here and it was pleasant stay. Very comfortable and good breakfast. Keep maintaining the cleanliness and variety of bfast dishes. Will definitely come again but of course with no request of the view

I requested to have room with mosque view, and they charged me rm20. It was not stated in the booking condition. Unfortunately I can't see the view as it was raining and the window is not clear enough. Its ok not my rezeki to have it clear view. Nowadays nice view also not free. Haha

The rooms seems classic but decent The team from front office to the concierge is helpfull and feels genuine in their gesture The surah recitation is well heard even at the lift in parking area until outside of your room Most of all, the genuine gesture when the staff offer assistance can be felt and their welcoming aura can be felt as well

I would not say i dislike but more towards improvement areas 1. Some of the item such as hot shower need to be upgraded as per current technologies 2. There is some electrical wire were exposed inside of the room so would result to electrical hazard 3. Air conditioning also need to be upgraded as well eventhough i switch off the aircond the room were cold as if the aircond were turn on all the while

The hotel has an islamic vibes. All the staffs are malaysian. The room is tidy, clean and spacious. Toilet also clean, water pressure was good.

Check in took about 30minutes - 1 hour due to long que.. Maybe it was a busy weekend with family members coming for convocation day. I assume most of them request for room next to each other or same level. Mayb can divide the counter to group booking (more than 1 room), so that small family do not have to wait for soo long. Breakfast is ok. Not too many choice but taste ok. The pool location is nice, indoor pool. It will be great for kids if the pool is heated pool. Not too spacious and the floor is wet.

Location. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Ironing facilities and prayer mat in the room. Variety of food for breakfast.

The aircond in room is too strong. I tried to increase the temperature, but didn’t feel any difference. Probably thermostat not functioning. Also l suggest keeping the food at the restaurant warm. Nasi goreng, mee goreng, roti canai, capati etc will taste so much better if not cold.

I am a regular here. I like its strategic location near to the eateries, shops, n banks. This time around, the management gave me the 18th floor i.e. the VIP floor with a shower cubicle as well as a bathtub. The cleaner, Muhammad, did a very good job of cleaning my room during my long stay there. And the breakfast spread caters to the Asian n Western tastebuds.

Not much. The furnishings may be outdated but they are slowly upgrading them.
