The breakfast was good. A lot of variety and a lot of sitting space. The hotel is good for family who want to visit Sunway Lagoon. very easy access to the lagoon and to the mall for shopping and dining.

I had booked three room. Two rooms had water drainage issues. The first room (9118), the sink drainage was poor. very slow the water clears from the sink. the second room (9124), the drainage from the shower had problems. the bathroom floor got slightly wet/ flooded. Also the towels in all three rooms had some stale smell. We thought it was just the first batch, but after requesting for a room cleaning and fresh towels, the smell was the same in the towel. i hope the hotel management can see to this.

It was so grand resort hotel I’ve ever been n thks so much for e upgrade,i n family was so happy n thrilled for e 4days 3nites there,would like to come again there for sure n recommend it to e rest of my family members.

It’s not e property but e staff at e restaurant when I n family went for e breakfast was rude n very impolite as asking ask for e room number at first n i n family mentioned that we were Frm room 240 n he start saying “huh! How come it’s only three number room supposedly it shuld b four number instead?”I mentioned to him u shuld ask ur staff they had seen me for e rest of our stay y todae then u ask me this question?let e others waiting looking at me n family as if we came for free food instead,my hubby was so annoyed at e staff till I let them in n just ignored him after he then let me n family in after he saw our room number at e list infront of him.pls educate ur staff to check first properly b4 judging n create a scene like tat next time.

I stay there often and I usually enjoy it. This time, I chose to stay in the balcony studio . It was a mistake I do not like the buffet breakfast but the small French brasserie in the lobby is really good so I ended up taking an healthy breakfast there instead.

As I come regularly to this hotel, I wanted to try another type of room which was a balcony studio room. It was a huge mistake and it is above the normal hotel but first you need to take an elevator from the basement. You need to use the stairs to get down to this elevator which is not really convenient . Then the room is old, balcony has zero value and about everything is under the standard of the normal hotel. Then another point with this hotel is that they do not value or even recognize their loyal customers, even you come here almost once a month. It is always different staff and nothing in their system to give a + to their usual customers. I believe it is a mistake, keeping your loyal customers is good for business.

The property is located in good location. Can go for shopping and leisure at theme park through the link attached with the property.

The toilet not really clean. The toilet bowl “water dispenser” area, clearly not being brush by the worker. The carpet was full of hairs. You can see it if your things felt on it. One more thing. One day before check in, i called the hotel contact no. Asking about if there any promotion for sunway lagoon tickets if I stay at the hotel. The staff at the counter answer it very rudely.

There was a strange smell inside the room, it could be from the air conditioner. We were aware of the smell issue before we came as some of the previous reviewers mentioned it, however, it is not an annoying issue.

Hotel room was nice and comfy. Hotel staff very courteous and friendly. Location wise is connected to mall and Sunway Lagoon Park. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

We had problems with our room cards a few times. Couldn’t access the lift and/or our rooms. Had to reset the cards at the counter quite a number of times which was a hassle. Hotel also didn’t have it’s own gym/pool. Had to go all the way to the other end of the mall to use the Clio Hotel’s gym instead.

We like the location very easy to reach Check in process although we arrived at 3pm and was crowded with long Q but was flowing smoothly 👌 and well organized Checkout very easy just do express checkout. Room are good and there renovations which give impressions every thing new We enjoy our stay as every thing accessible Breakfast is on the on the resort Cafe although we need to walk but very enjoyable with a lot luxury views 😀. The Cafe very vast and very organized work . Food had all options I like Arabic food as well . We could also had nice tea taruk there . We enjoy roaming and shopping in pyramid mall as well . Even if you want to book without breakfast . You will get a lot of option in taking branch in on of the cafés in the mall with all option that you may like.

Check in was smooth. Room condition clean w view of sunway lagoon. Everything in room functional. We could hear some noise from our neighbour knocking on the wall but we suspect it is a child playing with his toys. Water pressure good. Hot water good. Hotel just adjacent to mall so made shopping and access to food very easy.

We asked for rooms to be on the same floor. Not available for the combination of beds we want. So ended up 1 room on the 9th floor and another on the 5th floor. We couldn't get room to room call to work even though we contacted the operator twice and both times we were given the same instruction. It didn't work. We asked for late check-out on the last day because we were there to attend Monash graduation ceremony at Sunway Resort Ballroom. Function ended at 12noon. We had to rush back to pack and check-out. Front desk said late check-out not possible.

Everything was excellent! It felt like home. The staff was very friendly especially Guest relations officer Mr. Ali. He was very professional and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. My 5 years old loved the food; as there were a special kids buffet. The shipping mall was liked to the hotel which made it easy to us to enjoy the pools at day and mall at night. We had one day reservation and extended it to 3 more days, we are definitely coming back!
