Location easily accessible, downstairs has a nice restaurant, staffs were nice and helpful providing info, room was spacious enough, toilet facilities worked well and provided so many shampoos. Beds are comfortable, aircond and hair dryer worked well, sound proofing windows. Free hotel parking space was worth mentioning as well.

Some bed sheets, quilts and pillow covers with some stains on it, looked like not fully cleaned. Btw, Bookings.com no mention additional charges until reached building and being told.

Tv not functioning well. Maybe can upgrade the tv and the channels. Then, i hove admin can add sofa also outside the room at level 2 same as level 1.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Friendly staff especially the receptionist I met when I checked in. Overall experience was good.

There is smoking smell in the room. If this is solved and no smoking allowed in the room. Then, it would be perfect.

Location wise is quite ok. I really like the ladies at the reception. Both of them are really nice and treat the customers really good especially the one during the check in. Thank you! The room is also quite big. Overall I'm really satisfied with the hotel.

Just to inform maybe not really suitable for the elderly as there is no lift. For me this is really not a prob considering that the price is really reasonable.

water heating system in bathroom not really warming, and no elevator, tv uses MyTV decoder and the signal was not really good.

They cancelled my booking because i didnt pick up (a personal handphone number) since I was at a funeral at that time and it was before 10pm (my preference checkin time) But later they gave me 3 bedded room instead of 2 with the same price
