Room is clean and has almost all what you need for a short stay. Hotel is placed on the hill, thus, you enjoy amazing view on harbor and even on Gozo. Location: bus stop in 5 min walking. Buses go to Mellieha plage, ferry station and Valetta (and many other places, check google map). Breakfast has limited food choices but ok.

I was able to hear voices from other rooms Matress is a bit outdated No kettle in the room Not a minus but to consider: Malta uses British type of socket, if you travel from EU, you need an adapter.

+ amazing seaview + new bulding with modern design, iluminated during the evening + friendly and helpfull staff, reception open 24/7 + really good cleaning services rendered every day + good king size beds, we litteraly could have played hide & seek game there + a bit monotonous but good quality breakfast + hotel has their own restaurant and serving drinks / dinner after 6pm

- swimming pool is located on the northen side of the hotel hence the sun is blocked by the building during most of the day. Due to that water inside the swimming pool is cold in end of the October - almost nobody was using it. It could be different if you want to stay there during the main season. - distance is around 2km and 25 minutes by walk along really busy street with narrow pavement. Direction hotel -> beach is easier to pass because you are walking downward but the opposite direction (beach->hotel) is more demanding as you have to go upward. Alternatively, you can use bus to go there - cost is 2 euro. Buses shuttles really often. The neareast bus stop is 5 minutes away from the hotel.

Modern, easy to locate, friendly staff

Uncomfortable beds, the breakfast had very limited selection and this is the first time I had terrible scrambled eggs at a 4 star hotel, cold, rubbery and unseasoned.

The view is the absolute best bit of this hotel, so it is worth paying a little extra for the sea view. We stayed in 401 and got a fantastic sunset view from our little balcony. Having said that there's lots to like, it was spotlessly clean and our room was a really good size with lots of light, staff were friendly. The location is pretty good, so long as you don't mind driving / taking a bus to the beach (you could walk, but it's a massive hill back up). Walking distance to some really nice bars and restaurants. The breakfast doesn't have tonnes of options but plenty to set you up for a day, and they also refill the buffet right up to the end time for breakfast. It's also in a quiet spot, so there's no noise at night, etc. Fridge in the room to keep a few provisions and working air con.

The bed was very firm but comfortable once I'd got used to it. No bath mat provided, but we just used one of the hand towels, so no big deal. There is no facility to make a hot drink in the room.

Great hotel with spectacular view. You could enjoy the view even from your bed!))) There is UK socket type, but you can ask for an adaptor with 5 Euro deposit. Room was spacious and cosy. We didn't use the pool, but it also has that fantastic view! As well as the restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner. Very helpful staff. The transport system on Malta is good, there is a bus station in 5-7 min walk from the hotel. We also used Bolt taxi. It was the right choice to stay at Mellieha, all the best beaches are on the north of the island. There are several beaches nearby, Tuffieha is the best one!

The location is very close to the bus station, around 5 minutes walk. The breakfast is delicious, varied, good coffee, amazing staff. The location provide free wi-fi, air conditioner was perfect for heating.

We had quite big, clean room, comfortable beds and beautiful view from balcony. Breakfast were good, limited number of options, but we liked all of them. Pool was open 10-19, clean water, we used it almost every day. They also have luggage room and showers available for when you check out.

The receptionist booked us a trip to the Blue Lagoon. She told us that the trip is booked for Sunday afternoon. On Sunday, we arrived at the meeting point, ready for the trip. There they told us that they don't do any trips on Sunday afternoon... Fortunately, they rebooked us for the next day in the morning. I don't know where the mistake happened, but it was annoying because we had different activities planned for each day and because of this we had to miss some. So next time I would rather book the trips on my own.

Quiet room and location, we couldn't hear the guests from the next rooms. View from the balcony is amazing. Well equipped, spacious room. Bed was comfortable, AC was efficient, modern furnitures, the staff were helpful. The bus stop and the city center is close, the area nearby the hotel is lovely

Bathroom could have been cleaned better, sometimes we didn't get toilet paper or shower gel. The drain plug of the sink didn't work. The bedlining was changed only once during our almost 2 weeks holiday. The pool is open until only 19:00. The breakfast is poor, non varied. The distance between the hotel and beach is longer than expected. Pretty hard to reach the beach from the hotel on foot, bus is suggested

I had a perfect stay with my mother! We stayed 5 days. The location is perfect for those who want to be near the beaches, the port of Cirkewa that brings you to Comino and Gozo. We visited many places, among them la Valetta, Sliema and passed by San Giljan and it was really crowdy and there were construction works everywhere. I am really glad that I chose Mellieha to spend my vacation! Mellieha is calm with at least as many locals as tourists and you have everything you need: restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets (expensive in comparison with French standard, notably fruits and vegetables). It happened that we arrived few days before Victory Day. It was nice to see musical processions in Mellieha and to have a glimpse of the Maltese culture. The bus station is really close to the hotel and to reach it, it is really accessible. This path is barely uphill. We only took the bus during our stay. You won't experience bus drivers not letting you in because the bus is full contrary to La Valetta or San Giljan where we experienced that. The hotel is really nice. I like the fact that it is a normal size hotel and not a huge hotel complex. You really have a pretty view on the landscape. The room was very nice, enough spacious. The breakfast is really nice and the hotel tries to vary it a little bit every day. There are both sweet and salty options. If you want to be sure to have eggs in the morning, it is better to take your breakfast before 8am. It starts at 7:30am. The staff refills the breakfast but for hot food, it might take more time. I would just recommand the hotel to clean from time to time under the bed, to put a protective cover on the mattress since there is only a thin bedsheet put on the mattress and to put a foot towel. Apart from that, everything was excellent!!!
