The breakfast was very good for the short stay we had of 4 nights, having stayed longer we would have liked a bigger choice.The position of the hotel is central so it can be a little noisy at times,but when doors where closed it was fine.The hotel is a small quaint boutique hotel with beautiful decor.

We had a great room for 3 persons but one was on a sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable, we mentioned it at reception in the morning and they put a topper on top of the open sofa bed which helped but not comfortable . As it was our 4th visit to malta we wanted to hire a car but unfortunatly we didnt as parking near hotel was not possible, so down loaded app for taxis which was great and value for money. The only issue is if you have a late flight, their is no lounge area to relax in and check out was at 10am but allowed us till 11am. Your stay depends on what kind of holiday you want. Having come from Cyprus where we have amazing beaches I certainly wouldnt go to malta for the beach...

The location is fabulous, as you are right in the thick of the slightly quieter part , but a walk away from The party zone .. restaurants are a stones throw from you . The room with a balcony inabled us to sit out in the afternoon after a day of sightseeing … and take in the local sights . Checkin was fast and professional, what I like about the staff is they just let you get on with your day as you come in and out , if you need them it’s a text away . Very clean and the restaurant , was always humming , so must be popular , we didn’t get a chance to try it .

Parking , but it’s no different anywhere else

The location was perfect! We stayed on the top floor, and our room was the only one on this level, so we had the rooftop all to ourselves - perfect vantage point at night when Spinola Bay comes alive 🥰🍹 The room was very modern, spacious, and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. And public transport so close by. We walked & used the buses (which were very easy to navigate) It was also very quiet when the balcony doors were closed. We will definitely return 🥰

Loved the room, the decor, great welcome at reception, location and proximity to everything. The room really felt like a spa get away- the bed, the coffee machine, optional bottle of wine in the room and the bathroom!!! Great terrace to watch St Julian nightlife go by, Wi-Fi was amazing and it was also a great space to work in.

It was all very good- I will try to get a room in the higher floors for the future but otherwise it really is the best place especially for the price.

First of all the hotel is really good. Central location (just 2 minutes walk from St Julian’s waterfront) with all the connections you may need for a tour in Malta. There is also 24h private parking nearby (5 mins) safe with really good rates and plenty of spaces. Really convenient rooms at the hotel, clean and with all the amenities you may need. And as I could see every room has a balcony where you can enjoy the view. And then what can I say about the staff. They made our stay exceptional and special. On the day of the arrival was my missus birthday and Gretchel prepared everything. From a room upgrade to a chocolate birthday cake (which was delicious by the way). They were always warm and we could feel welcomed. The breakfast was really good as well. You have about 15-20 different options and everything we tried was delicious and freshly prepared.

Given that we were travelling with a baby and a pushchair, it’s not easy to access the reception area. As it’s higher than the street level there is a flight of stairs that you have to lift any items you carry yourself. Nothing major though

Everything was perfect! The location was superb - close to restaurants, pubs, bus stops, grocery stores and St'Julian's Promenade. Still, it was a quiet street which allows you to rest. The room was spacious and cleaned each day upon request. Great and smart design (all lights can be turned off/on when you are in bed). Wonderful and friendly hotel stuff! We would definitely choose again the same hotel.

Because the maximum booking rate is 10 I would like to add 2 additional points for: 1. It is one of few places where you do not need to care about the access key. The access is based on a provided code both on the room and hotel. That's great! Thanks for your smart idea. 2. As well as a particular hotel feature each TV set is equipped with a smartcam that allows you to proper see HD channels. 3. The staff (these 5 musketeer) are nice, friendly, helpfully and hard working to meet al your expectations. Thanks to all for all your efforts and support. Location: nearby Spinola Bay (Saint Julian) with easy access to restaurants, beaches, bars, clubs, bus stations to all directions (btw.. If you'll plan to stay 7 days buy a 21 Euro card from bus station automated machine and you are having unlimited numbers of travel all around Malta). Room: We stayed in Room 4 with 30 squared meters, big, clean, cozy, comfortable (looks to be the same like is presented in their pictures), with a long terrace from where the Spinola Bay is visible quite OK. A nice and modern bathroom with amnesties, towels, bath robes and slippers like a 5 star hotel. Good air conditioning which helped us from 38-42 Celsius outside temperature. A big HD LED TV with wall stand (you can move it in front of your bed) with a lot of local and international channels. Coffee machine, kettle, fridge, glasses and 2 bottle of water (as a courtesy on the 1st day). An useful coach, a big wardrobe and a working desk. Please bring your special electrical outlet adaptor to plug your devices in UK sockets type. There are several pairs of USB plug-ins as well. Very good lighting system. Breakfast: is based on menu and you could choose from 3 different food types: croissants, omelette, toasted sandwich or yoghurt. There are several types of coffee (expresso, cappuccino, doppio), mineral water or orange juice included. If you'll need more or something else you can order from the paid list.

More than expected, I hope to see the same quality in 10 years from now. I would be nice to have some indoor pool and / or a fitness / Spa center but I can understand the space limitation.

The location is very good, close to the bus station (2 min walk), supermarkets and restaurant. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed upon request. We really appreciated the attention to detail that was visible throught the room (wardrobe lighting, sliding shelves for glasses/cups, bathrobes, adapter plug etc.). If this wasn’t enough, it’s also good value for money :)

The hotel is in the city center, the lady at the reception is very nice and the room was very clean.

There is a restaurant beneath the hotel and they play a very loud music in the evening, also you can hear the staff of the restaurant talking downstairs. So basically it's very loud until late night but we didn't had too much problem with it.

Good communication with Hotel staff ( Thank you Gretchel for everything ) We checked in outside Check in Hours but Gretchel sent us instructions on how to self check in with code, everything worked out fine. Room was very specious and clean . View from balcony was wonderful . Excellent location . Bed was comfy . Highly recommend!
