The hotel staff at the reception and around the kitchen was extraordinary and polite. Location was good, couple of minutes away from bus stations with buses taking you through whole Malta. The hotel offers very good and colourful breakfast. Also bed and the room was very comfortable.

You could see the hotel was new as they were still doing works in hallway while we stayed there. And it wouldn't bother us that much until we noticed one day drilling dust in shower consisting of copper and brick, which of course wasn't cleaned up. On couple of days we didn't get new, clean towels but staff from reception reacted quickly on our complain, as well as on our complain about the shower which at one point catapulted under the water pressure during showering and if we were in the way it could hurt us. They offered us new room because of that but we only wanted it fixed which they did day afrer. The hotel needs detailed cleaning after construction works.

As a New hotel they need to do a extra cleaning on building ( windows and balconies not clean) The rooms was clean , the breakfast also good. Even is in the center of party area the insonorization was very good. The swimming pool is a nice extra point

They could wait maybe one week to finalized everything correctly before opening.

You know what? There are some reviews there, they were at the very beginning, when the opening ... Yes. The hotel is brand new. Just opened. Of course, that could not be all smooth sailing. We arrived on June 10th and every day there is a huge amount of work going on there. The staff is just amazing, very friendly. The breakfasts are excellent, everyone will find what he likes. The people who clean the rooms are amazing and attentive. The rooms are comfortable. Good soundproofing. Everything is fine. The hotel is being improved and will be even cooler! Good luck for this hotel and staff, wish good visitors for you!

Breakfast was excellent.. Plenty of Choice. very clean. Staff were excellent. After 3 nights of not getting any sleep due to the noise out in the street from nearby licenced premises. We requested to change our room if possible. They only had one available as they were fully booked. It was for disabled person. We agreed to move to this room, so that we could get a nights sleep.

Coffee cups could be bigger, also the amount of coffee and water could be better for the Americano. Street noise. Drunken revellers in the street shouting singing and screaming. Until 5am.

It is located in a busy spot in St. Julian’s, close to the bus stop necessary to arrive to main points. the room was very spacious, bathroom was almost the same size of the room. It has all what was needed for the stay. Breakfast is very good, buffet that includes warm food, fruits, a variety of bread, cereal and hot beverages. Wifi also worked very good.

I didn’t expect not to have natural light. The economy room has a window that leads to some walls so you are not aware of what is happening outside. The pool is seasonal. And giving its location on a active night area it was common to hear other guests arriving very late and being loud. No noises from the street tho.

The hotel was amazing. It was very retro . The breakfast which was included was fantastic. The staff couldn't be nicer, so chatty and obliging. The location was perfect. The room had everything you needed. I would love if they built another ikyk, maybe in selima 😍

It was right in the middle of the night life . The area is more suited to 18 / 30s. We are all 50, so even though young at heart, we were a bit old for the area.I can't say anything negative about the hotel.

Firstly the check in was so smooth and quick, the staff were always so helpful and had a smile on their face no matter what you asked of them! The rooms were good size and clean, the bathroom was a lot bigger than other hotels. Breakfast had a good selection for a buffet which was really nice. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

The only downside is if you're on the balcony side of the hotel, it can get loud and rowdy outside especially on the weekends. The doors are soundproof to a limit but there are a lot of clubs and bars around so just be prepared!

Beautiful, clean room with a great bed and bathroom. Breakfast wasn't bad as was the location of the hotel, it was in the center of St. Julian's. Great staff who agreed to check us in early check-in and change rooms (the first one had a bad smell).

Unfortunately, the window in the room faced the wall. It was hard to wake up without sunlight, but in general you can get used to it. Also there was construction near the hotel, but we could not hear it in the room.

Very good hotel: position is strategic; breakfast is rich, various (sweet, salted, meat, vegetables...) and tasteful; staff is friendly and available; room and bathroom are by far larger than the average in Malta. Room is quite soundproof, you don't hear noises from pubs, discos and people in the streets, just some voice from other guests should they talk just behind your door.

I'd like to find more furniture: the room is so spacious so they could had an additional chair, a wardrobe, or something with drawers. The only really negative thing is the noise from air conditioning engines. I'm not talking about those in my room (since I can turn off) but those from adjacent room, making enough noise in the side of the palace that was very annoying during all the night.
