Breakfast was delicious, there was a variety of dishes to suit different tastes. We didn't take the sea view room, but still we could see the view partly.

Loud and noisy next-door people, who constantly launched the fire alarm at night, ran in the corridor and made a lot of noise. The hotel staff could not handle this. My question is, why they didn't call the police. It would have been nice to take into account the well-being of other guests.

Excellent breakfast and was included. Unfortunately didn’t get chance to use the pool facilities but they looked brilliant and you get free towels to use them with. Friendly reception staff. Vending machine inside the entrance. Rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom was large and spacious. Excellent shower facility. Location was excellent for what we needed it for.

Bed was a little hard for my liking but was ok. We were given a double bed when we had asked for a twin but thankfully was big enough to be well apart from each other. Air con was a little disappointing as was the ceiling fan.

The reception was very helpfull. The room is very clean, comfortable and with a nice balcony. The room was cleaned and the towels were changed every morning by the room service. The hotel has a really good breakfast which we enjoyed every morning. The location of the hotel is amazing as it is just 5 minutes walk from Pacheville where you have all the clubs and parties. Even though, it was an off season, the room was a good value for money. I believe in spring/summer the room will cost at least double. The hotel has 2 swimming pools as well. Can not comment much about them because we did not use it, but they did look nice. Overall great experience!

The only minor negative thing I can think of is the room was a little bit small and was bit hard for 2 person to navigate properly inside. Worth mentioning that the there is no view from the balcony, as it is just overlooking the small yard inside the hotel and there is nothing really to look at there.

The breakfast was great. House keepers were good at cleaning the room. Exceptional location and overall a good hotel to stay in for a break away.

I found staff to be very cold/standoffish. Helpful when asked but no interaction with guests or friendliness or politeness especially at breakfast. Just to say hello would have been nice. Lighting in room at night time was very bad. Noise from hall was very loud However this is expected in a hotel but being across from House keeping room it was too chatty at 7/8 in morning.

We are surprised by all those negative comments. I spent in the Alexandra hotel 4 days ( 3 nights ) with my fiancée. We picked up the superior room with breakfast for 128 euros. We are very happy with our choice, but I want to analyze some aspects of the offer. a) Location. It is perfect. You are very close to the sea ( 3 minutes literally) bus stop that takes you directly to the airport ( 3 different lines ) and you need to go only 5/8 minutes maximum. For those to complain about the noise: It is normal for a district that is full of bars and a very touristy one. If you have a problem with sleep you can always check the area before booking and find someplace that will be quieter. It is not the fault of the hotel manager but people who can't do proper research before booking the place. b) Breakfast. It is fine. Maybe should be more warm options for vegetarians but the hotel write in the offer that they are made in ENGLISH STYLE. By this, you know what you are paying for. Also as I spoke with the staff the cost of the breakfast is 9 euros. For 9 euros the meal is 10/10. You need to include the cost of the products in what you get. There was ham, cheese, toast, tea hot unlimited, lemonade, iced tea, juices, sausages, bacon, boiled eggs scrambled eggs, fruits ( apple, oranges, kiwi) and some tomatoes, salad, and a couple of other things that I don't remember. The hotel is also working with a Sicilian restaurant 2 minutes form the lobby that offers you a 10% discount if you ask the receptionist or hotel manager. It is a very nice touch and the food there is perfect. c) The swimming pool. It is ok. What I would change is that from the floor of the swimming pool couple of tiles fell off and you can hurt your feet if you are not careful. It will be good to replace those tiles which fell off. Also I think one person from the staff should be controlling the area because sometimes some of the guests whare smoking cigarettes.

Excellent location - close to bars, restaurants and great for nightlife. Also easy to get to surrounding areas with bus stops very close by. The hotel is quiet during the day so swimming pools and gym were not too crowded. Staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel has all amenities you'd need and was absolutely excellent value for money. We had an amazing trip and would love to visit again in the future.

Can get very busy at breakfast - sometimes struggled to find seats for 2 of us. The corridors can also be quite noisy during the night with people coming back from pubs but this is to be expected, as the hotel is located so close to the main party area.

Romona was brilliant on reception had an answer for any and could source anything . Room was fine had fridge in which was good. I found the Bed Solid to hard I know some people like sleeping on Boards , just the luck of the draw . The only thing I found a negative was the Piss heads coming in at 0300 shouting , lack of respect for other guests 🤷🏼‍♂️🤔

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and have lots of options. We didn’t use the rooftop pool but the indoor pool and sauna were lovely. Great location, view of the ocean and walking distance to lots of great bars/restaurants.

My only real complaint is that there is nowhere to fill a water bottle and you can’t even request it at the front desk. The jets on the indoor pool didn’t work and there wasn’t great circulation so there was dead skin and other chunks floating in the pool.

Great location, less than 5mins walk to everything you need. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. The hashbrowns at breakfast were the best!! Our room was abit noisy being at the front of the hotel near the road but staff were happy to change it for us. 100% would recommend

The doors on our level had to be slammed to close them so at night with anyone coming in late youd be woken by a slam but wasnt too bad!

Everything was great. Good location, well organised bus transportation in Malta. 15 min to Sliema and 10 min more to Valleta. Nearby is supermarket, burger bar. It is location with night life but in room it wasn’t noisy. Breakfast was very good, they refill so there is always plenty of everything. Pool outdoor on the rooftop is quite good, with bar. There is indoor pool and little gym, but we didn’t use it. Everything si free to use. Also there si room to put your luggage until your departure time. I recommend using hop on hop off bus to explore Malta.
