The room was big and stuff over really friendly and welcoming. It's in a very touristy place, around lots of bars, this is something to note. But it was well connected, including to the airport. The kitchen was well equipped, just missing something to dry hands with. Hotel was easy to find and 24 hrs front desk, and room cleaning went over the top.

Lots of constructions happening all around and could hear the next room neighbours all day, so quite noisy. Also the bars didn't help. The lights in the balcony don't turn off, so with the thin curtain you get a lot of light in until late. As a minor detail, the hotel was very modern once, but it hasn't been renovated in a while.

Large, comfortable room and friendly and helpful staff on reception. Pleased to find coffe makimg facilities in room with supplies and also to find hair dryer in bathroom.

The bar which looked well equiped never opened nor were there any coffee/tea facilites in lobby making the only options to sit in own room or go out. There was a building site next door where work started at 7 am., however the double glazing was quite good at blocking sound but it made it impossible to sit on verandah.

Hotel was great! great rooftop pool/ spa facilities. Was in a good location to be able to walk down to the water or have many different restaurant options( all within 5 minutes) the sandy beach and mall area was about a 10 minute walk.

There is alot of constriction going on in front of the hotel that you can hear and see. would be a beautiful view from rooftop pool if there wasnt 5 cranes in the area. The street can get a little loud with partying at night

had everything you need, outdoor pool for nice days, indoor one an hot tub for not so nice days. room quality was good great location

messed up our reservation initially (gave us single bed room instead 2 beds room. Air con in our temporary room wasn’t great but our replacement room one worked perfect expensive breakfast and drinks

location was perfect and the rooftop pool was beautiful, the staff were so lovely, friendly and very helpful would definitely stay here again

the breakfast wasn’t great, and the restaurant didn’t serve food in the evenings which was a let down and the beds where rock solid but aside from that it was a lovely hotel

The hotel has elegance over it and is really nice and comfortable. Rooms are clean and equipped with all you need. The rooftop pool area is good and good connection with the bar area.

It's off season and understandably the hotel can't operate full service. The bar was always closed and could be difficult getting some snacks and drinks. The pool was freezing cold and only for the bravest.

great facilities and good location

I booked two double bedrooms with two queen beds. I assumed this could hold 2 people in each room. However when I arrived at the desk they only gave me a junior suite and said I had to pay more (420) for the double bedrooms. this is unfair

The rooftop suite, albeit on the small side, was quite comfortable.

We found the furnishing/ pieces of furniture in the suite to be more or less basic.
