The staff were all so great! From the minute we arrived we knew we were in the right spot to celebrate Martha's birthday. I can't remember the man's name who took our luggage, parked our car and brought us to our FULLY decorated room but he was awesome. I mean it was memorable! We were first greeted by a Happy Birthday banner across the door. Upon entering, they had the champagne I ordered on ice, the roses I ordered as well on display, and they added balloons on the ceiling, a cake made from towels, a slice of birthday cake on a plate with Feliz Cumpleanos in chocolate! What a tremendous effort they put in.....Gael and Elizabeth were delightful at breakfast and food is OUTSTANDING. Try the chicken enchiladas or the juevos rancheros. Spend time at their amazing pool with another ray of sunshine that is the young lady at the pool bar. So sweet and she makes a great Margarita! Super location. We will be back!!!!

Great location and property is well maintained. You are close to the beach, the downtown and shopping areas. Easy walk to any of the main attractions. The staff was nice. The room was what you would expect for the price. A full buffet breakfast was included and available for much of the morning.

The hotel is near the main fire station so lots of sirens at all hours, every day. The rooms have little to no sound proofing. You can hear people talking, the TV, etc. from the rooms on either side and people walking around, moving chairs, etc. above your room. You also hear street traffic noise and people walking to/from their rooms. During the day the music by the pool is very loud and at night there is music from a club next to the hotel that plays until very late at night. If you are a light sleeper or like to sleep late in the morning do not stay here. The WiFi barely worked and the shower water pressure was weak. The breakfast buffet selection was good but all the hot dishes were always cold. Nothing less appetizing then cold scrambled eggs.

Hotel location was ideal for walking to Medano Beach, walking to the Marina area and walking to "downtown" Cabo. The room was very comfortable - plenty of space and a very nice comfy bed. The shower was ideal. The room was very clean. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Hint: request upper floors due to noise level on lower floors. Buffet breakfast was very nice. Coffee was very good.

If I had to find small faults - I would suggest electrical outlets on both sides of each bed. Today's traveler has to plug in so many items! Also the sound from the next room is a bit loud (depending on the other guest(s)). Our connecting door was not locked ... I think this was a minor oversight. Also minor - you have to request a hair dryer from the desk. It was delivered promptly.

Location it was in the middle of everything short distance to marina,Medano beach were I can swim ,downtown where all the clubs are and mango deck/the office which are very popular restaurants on the beach I also loved that next door was a oxo store which was very convenient this is like a ampm was able to but water snacks coffee late at night

The pool was a little boring the beds really hard and the front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, as it was situated in a perfect area with everything within a five-minute walk, including the beautiful beach. There were also plenty of stores in the vicinity, making it convenient for shopping enthusiasts like myself. One of the highlights of my stay was the exercise center, which was absolutely amazing. Not only did it have state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, but it also had a delightful smoothie bar. It was the perfect combination of fitness and refreshment, allowing me to stay active and enjoy delicious drinks. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The convenient location and the inclusion of an excellent exercise center with a smoothie bar made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful hotel experience.

The only small issue I had was breakfast was not the greatest and the option was the exact same everyday.

Smooth check in, beds, good free breakfast, easy location for walking into town and other restaurants. No problem getting chairs at pool. Great work out facility. Nice to have putting green, pickle ball, corn hole near pool, as well as pool bar and happy hour!

No microwave, low water pressure for shower (though good temperature), one day towels weren’t left (but was taken care of promptly when we called front desk at 11pm)

The location is superb, the staff is always friendly and exceeds all expectations. Great amenities, it has the best gym in Cabo.

I didn’t like that they do not respect the published price on the Booking app, if I’m in Mexico I expect to be charged in pesos booking said they would charge me 5200 per to nights and the hotel ended up charging 500 more. Their reason? A USD MXN exchange rate of 18… way to high!!! I stay here 2 months ago and the included breakfast was a3 course meal, including fruit, juice and pancakes. Now it’s down to 1 course, with an extra charge for the fruit.

Hotel is located very close to Medano beach, and neighborhood around it looked clean and safe.

Some elements of the room seemed slightly aged - faucets, interior. Possibly, the cleaning staff needs to be trained additionally on how to clean - some nickel faucets were aged and scuffed as though they were brushed with a hard cleaning surface.

The breakfast was exceptional. The main waiter, Javier, was friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding. Compliments to the chef, Meurice Leon. There were different authentic mexican dishes every day and the fruit was ample and fresh. They did a great job on the morning of the World Cup final when things we re extremely busy.

I also really liked the outdoor restaurant/bar area but wish there was a more convivial atmosphere with the other guests (no fault of the hotel...might have just been the crowd the week we were there.) The adjacent restaurant had a better bar crowd and excellent live music every night. The coffee could be improved. I wish there were more surfaces in the room to put the luggage (racks, benches, etc.) It would be nice if the Medano had a presence on the beach with umbrellas, chaises, beverages, etc.

Pros: Large room, plenty of storage, great included breakfast, nearby grocery store, and close to many restaurants.

Cons: Small pool, room was very basic, and showing it's age. Very hard bed, and considerable traffic noise. Fire department, and police sub station right up the street (numerous sirens throughout the night).
