It’s close to the beach and the centre, unique, photogenic, beautiful and super clean. The staff are nice and helpful And I felt really comfortable with my disability.

Loved this hotel. It was perfect as a lone traveller. It was affordable and I felt very safe. The indoor outdoor spaces were enjoyable to hang out in. When I wanted to get away from the crowds I could chill out on the roof terrace on the sun lounger or the hammock. The room was kept very clean as the cleaners came in most days. They actually changed the towels too often. The staff at reception helped with restaurant recommendations, ordering an Uber and airport shuttle. The shower was hot and of a good pressure. The location is excellent. Close to many excellent restaurants both in downtown and closer to the Marina. But far enough away that you cannot hear the music from the night clubs down the street.

I struggled to sleep through the night for some of the days. I was in a room that was opposite another room. The guests seemed to come and go throughout the night so the lights and sounds would wake me up. My fridge didn't work but there was a communal fridge in the outside kitchen which I was able to use. I wish the hotel offered water refills, even if it was charged. I didn't like I had to keep on buying plastic bottles from the grocery store.

Location was very close to the Marina as I was there to scuba dive. Good security and the hotel is quaint and rather unique

Would have liked a coffee pot as I am an early riser!!

this place surprised me so much. the only thing a was looking for was a place to stay close to nightlife, but it is sooooo much more. it’s a little oasis, with lots of plants, a super chill rooftop, very clean rooms with a better mattress than 5 star resorts (seriously!!!) and if you book a tour here, they don’t charge extra fee. for example for a tour that was advertised for 59 and 60 dollars, I payed only 45. furthermore, the staff was extremely welcoming, spoke great English, and was always helpful.

wish there would be windows out back as well, but that’s negligible.

The staff was friendly and helpful and I liked the courtyard with all the plants and fresh air. The facility itself is worn, but clean, so no complaints. If you're expecting luxury on the waterfront, this isn't the place (for that, you'll have to pay insanely high prices and will end up in a sterile cookie-cutter hotel). This is an amazing option if you're traveling on a budget. We could walk to everything and there are amazing restaurants nearby (I forget the name, but go out the front door, turn right, then right again, cross the street and there's a really nice place on the corner that serves huge breakfasts with delicious cinnamon coffee - definitely check it out)! Our party left early in the morning on two different days, so taking the bus would have been difficult. We ended up asking the front desk to help us get cars to the airport for both mornings, which they did and got us all to the airport on time. Oh -- and the showers are the best, nice and hot with super strong water pressure! I'd definitely return :)

The only thing that really bothered us is that one of our rooms had no window (I think it's the only one that doesn't - other rooms have a window that opens into the courtyard). Everything else was worn, but functional, beds were comfy, no complaints.

I couldn’t work out how to work the fan or air conditioning. Instructions might have been a help. Also the step into the bathroom is too high especially after my hip replacement. Another step put in there would be so goo.

It's right in the center of town. Literally a 3 minutes walk to the marina. Around so many local restaurants. Very clean, the staff is super nice. The best value in Cabo!! All rooms lead to the outdoor terrace but no bugs came in, the property is well maintained. Met so many amazing people with all the community areas on the roof as well as the main area.

I wouldn't even call this a dislike. The room was small but for me traveling myself it was just perfect. They also have different room sizes and types of beds.

the property is a few blocks away from the Medano beach. a very populated, good bars and water activities place. The hotel was in a central place with several good restaurants at walking distance. the bus stop at the Mc D’s to take you back to the airport for $4.50 each ticket.

it was a large step to the bathroom, which they could have added another step. the shower head was very small. other than that, comfortable bed, easy staff to work with, had a small fridge, a tv and very nice blankets and ceiling fan.

The location was convenient to restaurants & the beach. Cabo Inn is in town which is what I was looking for, I'm not a fan of resorts. They helped me book a boat ride to the Arch for a very reasonable price with a delightful guide. My room was very clean with a refrigerator & A/C. I was traveling alone & felt very safe staying at the Cabo Inn.

The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. The room was perfect for showering and sleeping. Cute sitting area outside the room.

The common upstairs area was under construction so we were unable to sit up there.
