Very clean room and very spacious, beds are very comfortable, AC works perfect. the employees are very nice and helpful. I liked that we were allowed a late checkout to accommodate our schedule.

The breakfast is not good at all. Options are very limited and the food is not good. for the price of the room I was expecting to have full breakfast options, such as omelettes, machaca, etc. this needs improvement.

The staff was awesome, the guy showed us our room after we checked in and gave us information about the room. He asked us if we would like extra pillows we said yes and got it right away. We were happy that they provided drinkable water in the lobby considering how hot it is outside. The location is good, a few blocks away from the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, and bar. There was free bottled water as well which we greatly appreciated however, if you requested another bottled water would cost you 20pesos.

I think the toilet needs to be replaced. We were nervous as well when the power went out but thankfully it came back probably after an hour.

The location is excellent, and breakfast was good but it was not the hotel´s restaurant its more an outside business.

Paying more for upgrading the breakfast

Rooms are great, staff excellent. The pool is on the small side but it was perfect. Hotel grounds and rooms are clean and well maintained. Centrally located and close to everything. The included breakfast provide large portions, food is wonderful. I want to reiterate on the wonderful service from the staff…every single one that I spoke to in my 5 days there were phenomenal.

I loved it all. The only issue was our room had a small leak and they immediately changed my room and addressed the leak.

Every staff member went out of their way to make our stay perfect - Ice and coffees were supplied whenever we needed them - nothing was too much trouble. We had early check in - Our room was serviced daily - and as requested it was on a high floor overlooking the lovely pool. The included daily breakfast at "Melt" each morning was just great. They even came and took our order for dinner one evening and delivered it poolside. Over and above service.

There is nothing not to like. A fridge would have been handy - and face flannels, but that seems normal in the south part of Mexico.

Even though the breakfast that is included is good , is not good they only offer one small cup of coffee, and you cannot order more , I think offering 2 coups at least being that they are small would be nice ..... Also my room was located where the hottest sun hits on that particular part of the hotel , making the room very hot . The illumination in the bathroom is not enough and it cold use an extra mirror .

Great location, lovely layout of the property, room was spacious and clean. Lovely shower. Pool was a real highlight and nice and shaded for parts of the day with plenty of seating. Breakfast included at the cafe next door and it was a great menu.

The only thing missing in the room is a fridge but i just asked for ice. It would be great if you could substitute tea for coffee at breakfast without having to pay extra. Not everyone can have coffee.

The location is fantastic as it is the historic area and there are a ton of great restaurants and bars nearby. Luis at the downstairs bar is a true professional. The hotel is nice, clean and pretty architecture. The beds were very comfortable.

I could have gone somewhere cheaper but it would not have been as nice. They have a pool but it is small so I did not want to go it when there where a few families in there but I felt welcome. No real big deal.

Great location in La Paz Breakfast was OK Great restaurants near by

Breakfast options are limited. Fresh bean coffee would be nice Municipal police are corrupt and stop rental cars, demand bribary money ...I'll never rent a car in La Paz the stress is too much . It was as if the rental car company ( Hertz) called ahead and alerted the municipal police . We were stopped on the way from the airport to the hotel for not stopping at a stop sign. We in fact had stopped at all stop signs . Terrible experience

The location is pretty central which is a plus, and the parking is inside the courtyard. The room was pretty basic but clean, wifi was free as far as I recall. We had a good stay overall, just not as pretty as it looked in the pictures but definitely a solid accommodation spot for visiting La Paz.

The bathroom was a bit run down and the property looked prettier than it actually was.
