Great stay at suites las Palmas overall. The breakfast was yummy and staff were all friendly and helpful. The room had great a/c which was much appreciated. Location was walking distance from the beach and the downtown area which was great.

Only complaints were that the wifi was not strong enough to use in our room so we had to sit in the pool or lobby area if we needed to use the wifi. Traffic was a bit noisy when at the pool where the walls were open.

I liked the way management answered all my questions and communicated with me. I was planning to book a two-room suite, but it wasn't available. As a result, I booked a standard suite and a two beds room. However, thanks to Claudio Nunez, the general manager, we got an upgrade to a junior suite, and the rooms were close to each other. I also liked the fact that the rooms were big and comfortable for us to sleep, lounge, and for me to be able to complete my work also because the Wi-Fi never failed. The housekeepers were always ready to help as well. Thank you!

Even though the rooms were cleaned every day, some areas could use a deeper cleaning. Nothing terrible, but to keep more attention to some details. Also, breakfast was very basic. We appreciated it anyway, but it definitively can improve.

A budget hotel in a charming building with a lot of character. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive to any requests. There seemed to be someone cleaning something every minute of the day - almost like on a ship. The breakfast was not to my American taste, but plentiful and the coffee was good. Served outside by the pool which was pleasant.

The blankets were very thin and no duvet covers. Water in the shower was just barely warm enough.

Janeth the front desk representative was excellent...very warm and accommodating and got us checked in quickly. And also the representative that took our luggage to the room-very courteous and professional. Also the suite we got checked into was amazing with the view and balcony.....I will be staying there again for sure

I wish they had hotel shuttle to airport and abit bigger breakfast

The people who work here are helpful and hardworking. Yanet made many great recommendations and went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. We love to walk so the location was perfect.

Very clean. Breakfast was nice. Staff were nice. Very good location to drive from the airport. Bus station station nearby. Walk down to the beach takes a while but is worth it

Not the hotels fault but crossing the highway outside is tough - there is a pedestrian crossing across from WalMart but lights are unclear / weren't working when I was there

Breakfast and coffee was bad. Location was Ok had a Walmart close and right across the street was a nice Supermarket better than Walmart. I pay extra to get a better room since the original did not have a fridge, or coffee maker, the safe was not working, They upgrade me to a nice one bedroom suite that was very nice. The staff was exceptional helpful in every way. They have a very nice pool

Breakfast

Location is great. Close by WalMart and restaurants. Laundry is next door!. San Jose Cabo old town is not too far Stay here for couple nights but don't expect the glamour of the Viceroy.

Facilities are aging. But staff - housekeeping, breakfast room and front desk - are super kind and efficient, making up for the seriously needed renovations.

Room was a nice size and designed nicely, beds were comfortable and staff was helpful at check-in, Bathroom was clean and spacious. Location was great, across the street from the supermarket, Walmart and some restaurants. Property was safe and pool was nice to lay around (didn't go in).

Wish it had a mini fridge and/or a microwave. The free breakfast wasn't very good, dry eggs, and beans frijoles, with no flavor and small portion. Aka don't count on eating the breakfast.

Nice lobby, pool and parking. In a good location between our destinations. Kind and friendly staff.

A tad dated but overall comfortable and spacious.
