The staff was super friendly and helpful at all interactions. Checkin was great as they moved us to a room with a view of the water, housekeeping was great as she found coffee for our room, we had only decaffeinated and wanted regular caffeinated coffee, the bar was the best with the bartender saying yes you can eat in the bar and we had our dinner there. He played the best music on the TV and was the most accommodating. We just loved the service we received and the food. My husband had the grilled fish and I had the grilled lobster and shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection and so delicious. In the morning we had a great breakfast at the hotel restaurant. I would always stay at this hotel in Ensenada. The people are the best!

The location is fantastic, super close to the center and within walking distance of restaurants, the harbor, cafés and pharmacies. the staff was super friendly and helpful ,eventhough I would have appreciated some more information at the beginning of my stay, for example a little layout of the hotel or the different services available. the room was big, clean and decorated with an eye for detail. the bed super comfortable and the shower was excellent, great water pressure and hot water.

I would have liked some more information, regarding where the restaurant was located, how to find the gym, etc.

Our check in was fast and friendly. Angela at the front was so friendly and quickly contacted me to inform me when I left my phone AND wallet in the front.

We really could have used a map of the grounds with the restaurant hours or a menu, sauna location etc. Then we could have accessed amenities more easily.

We were very pleased with Corona Hotel in Ensenada. We spent three nights there with family, so we had adjoining rooms. The hotels has a pleasant bar and a very good restaurant, and it's located close enough to the pedestrian walkway to the Mercado Negro and other sites. We especially felt the housekeeping staff (Patty H. was on our floor) was helpful and friendly, providing us with drinking water and fresh towels as requested. In the time of Covid, all the staff seemed helpful, yet careful.

One of the rooms we rented did not have a functioning light close to the bed. Management could check room 324.

Front desk was accommodating to switch us rooms 2 doubles when our reservation was for a king. Pool is small but fine for kids. We stayed in for dinner and ordered room service. Food was good and even out picket eaters ate everything. We hung swimsuits on the balcony and a pair or shorts fell. The housekeeper was so kind to get on a ladder and get them to us. Location is close enough to shopping areas, just a few blocks away. We just walked everywhere with no hassle to drive around in a big truck.

Only issue is one of the beds dipped in the middle so made it a bit hard to sleep.

The restaurant was staffed by very young people who had no idea on Table etiquette. Did not serve any water, meal all arrived at once with Appetiser and Main course together.

This hotel has most of the comforts you would find at a five star hotel. Examples a pool, two Jacuzzi's, a spa, pool side service, ample parking (no valet), a restaurant and room service.

The beds curve near each side, in fact i feel out of the bed, need new mattresses, the coffee was the worst i have ever had and room service brought creamer packets, no real milk products, the pan was stale and old. The outdoor jucuzzi needs to be plastered the current surface can tear a bathing suit, all of the support ladders are weak and wobbly.

It was a snap trip and just as easy we picked this spot and and it was comfortable and easy and the staff was great it was a restful and relaxing experience

I felt that we could have some service at the pool and that’s my only complaint but still an amazing trip

we really enjoyed our stay here! I’ve stayed at so many hotels and airbnbs in Mexico and the beds are always hard. The bed here was so comfortable! I booked this hotel because of a review about the beds! We also has a corner room which had a view of the port. The breeze when you opened both windows was amazing. We heard sea lions throughout our stay which was nice also. I will definitely come back here!

I liked everything.

The staff are friendly and attended to our every need. The restaurant and bar have great food and drinks. Also, the view from our room was nice! Stayed on the 4th floor and you can see most of Downtown ensenada and the cruise ships.

It was pretty chill the day we checked out and we were trying to use the heater. It would shut down as soon as I turned it on and it was outdated. Didn't bother to inform the staff due to us leaving that day. Otherwise I would and I'm sure they would have been helpful.
