it’s really close to city center of Ensenada.the casino is entertaining and the room are spacious, the staff is nice and friendly.

beds are hard and uncomfortable they need new mattresses,there’s a lot of smoke in casino cause of the cigarette smokers no vents for smoke to go out they should have people smoke outside , the wall are a bit thin so u could hear the people outside or dogs barking other than that we enjoyed our trip.

Great spacious parking with security, pool was huge, checked in super fast, room was pretty

After checking in, assigned to a room on the third floor, my bf and I and a random older lady that was a guest got stuck in the elevator on the second floor, no AC in the elevator, the elevator occupancy calls for 12 ppl but 3 ppl could barely fit comfortably. Definitely wish I took the stairs. It was not a fun experience.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming! The rooms were spacious and we had a balcony so it was a nice view.

I disliked the parking area, or more so, that we had to walk across the street to get back to the hotel. I also noticed that the room wasn’t 100% clean. The shower had a couple long hairs on the wall and the shower door. And the bathroom counter was a little dusty.

The studio we had (#338) was one of the renovated rooms. very nice, large and very clean Nice pool facilities.

Slow reception, very slow staff at breakfast (we got our breakfast 25 min after order although there was only one other table besides us) The windows in our room were covered with some film and locked, no day light and, no possibility to open them. None of the dispersers in the shower for shampoo, shower gel and conditioner worked.

The hotels food wasn’t good the staff in the kitchen area and bar area weren’t good. Most of the people attending us took forever and didn’t really give us good service when we were waiting for refills and had to find the guy to ask them for the check and the food wasn’t good at all

Well located, close to the Primera and the Port. Walking distance if you don’t mind walking. Staff super friendly; has three jacuzzis. Be aware that’s in the pool area you’re not allowed to take any kind of food and drinks from the outside. Either way they have a bar in the pool area

Everything was fine, no complains at all

I stayed there because they sell the medical lane pass which let us cross the border in just 35 min. Remodeled rooms are nice. Restaurant has good price and good food.

The hotel is in mid renovation and the old parts are crummy. Reception, pool, exterior. Very noisy street and need double pane windows. Parking is across the street. Entry ramps are to steep for wheelchair.

The property was centrally located the rooms are nice and remodeled. My kids enjoyed the pool a lot. Staff was nice check out was fast and easy.

Both times we went to the pool they didn’t have towels and we couldn’t use the ones from our room so take your own towels for the pool is my advice.

This is probably my 4th overnight stay. I love the newly remodeled rooms, but everything else is wonderful also. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Since I live here in Ensenada, I would like to see them do some sort of "Local" deal on the overnight stays. I like coming for a little "overnight" mini vaction, and would stay even more often if there was such a deal.

To be honest, the room smelled bad. I guess there sewage system for s old and a vent in the floor let the smell enter the room. But my better half put a towel over the vent and everything was fine. We ate a lot of meals there the food was delicious. But I'm a big guy and I thought the portions were rather small. But cheap.then I met the help there. A lovely young lady that spoke perfect English. She was very nice as a waitress to us at the pool. But my overall appreciation goes to the bartender Mateo. He made our vacation a plus. Great guy. If I owned a bar I would pay him twice what ever your paying to steal him away.
