Sra. Paloma Luna lights up every room into which she walks. She is an excellent manager and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast chef - whose name I do not know - prepares excellent breakfasts. The security is beautiful. There is one wierd room up a spiral staircase intended for Dracula, Donald Trump, or Daffy Duck. Or perhaps a wicked Mother in Law It should be avoided. WDM

The location was great and had i stayed longer than one night would have explored the area more. I actually came by train bus and finally taxi as i don’t care to drive long distances in heavy traffic these days. Everything about the Casa Asturias was just about perfect. Attractive, squeaky clean, comfy, safe, quiet and with all amenities I’m aware of. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented though I ought to have guessed what taquitos were as they arrived in quantity way beyond my capacity. All staff were excellent too in all the ways customers appreciate the most.

Lots of great food in the neighborhood. Close to many plazas & other local shops & stores. There is always someone at the front desk to answer any questions.

The hot water was a bit hard to figure out for the shower & tub. The knobs seem very sensitive to temperature levels, b but luckily the staff there is always ready to help when necessary.

The breakfast was great! Loved our room and the staff was very nice and helpful. Gave us recommendations on what to eat and what to do in town.

We paid for the room with a jacuzzi but it didn’t work :/ stayed 4 nights and only cleaned the room once. Parking is $3/night, cheap and reasonable. Would’ve been nice if they told us before we arrived but more of an FYI.

the only thing i can complain about is the breakfast, don't get me wrong it was delicious but maybe adding more to the menu will help the people like us that stayed 6 days

The breakfast is so amazing but Norma is wonderful!! We love her. Sebastian from front desk , he has the best attitude, well all the staff is helpful, kind and always are smiling. We feel like in a warm home. Thanks for everything.

Hospitality was great, rooms were elegant and clean.I really liked the fire pit outside and the decor.

The pool water needs to be better maintained and absolutely needs a handrail to get in and out of the pool. The jets and other functions for the spa in the room was out of order or just does not work and I was counting on it.

We really enjoyed the service, the room, the bathtub, the facilities, and the swimming pool. It was a beautiful experience to stay here. I highly recommend this beautiful place. Paloma and Norma gave us great service. It was very relaxing to stay here.

Everything! Super Clean! Hot Water! Wifi! Staff was friendly and very communicative! Fast Responses! And the most important very safe!

Nothing! Maybe just the parking would like it to be covered because the tree in the back shedded alot and there were birds and they used the car as a bathroom. Also some neighbors had a siren and 8AM in the morning they were going off i think selling stuff but didnt matter much!

This is a charming guest hotel. It has been well decorated, the outdoor patio area and pool are terrific, and the stay is kind, helpful, and professional. The vast majority of the staff are bi-lingual making communication easy. Everyone worked hard at making our stay comfortable--and we were! We could not have asked for more. Great experience!
