It was a perfect location. It was a block away from the S.A.T. offices. I really like the front desk lady. She was very genuine. Always smiling and great customer service.

I found a bobby pin hair right next to the phone. Housekeeping should do some deep cleaning, this hotel is not a cheap price one. Housekeeping has to do better in meeting those standards. I expected this from a motel 6, not this hotel.

Everything. From location to amenities to the restaurant, absolutely loved the gated/secured parking lot and staff was always friendly and helpful.

Not that i didn’t like, this is just something to point out, we have a 2 year old, the door in our room was very easy for him to open but of course, we are always watching him but there were some safety concerns as we were staying at a room next to stairs, toddlers are very fast and in the blink of an eye can escape from your eyesight. Maybe next time i will ask if there are rooms with extra locks or at least downstairs.

The location, beds, and staff are great. The location is unbeatable, they have a warm pool and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom could have better physical distribution, there is no place to put your stuff or dry your swimsuit. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The restaurant was also very tasty and the waiters super friendly. The portions are huge!!!!

The bathroom had no space to place your stuff such as your toothbrush or makeup or even the towels. The walls are thin and one can easily hear what other guests say.

I think the rates are a bit overpriced. I know location it's part of it and the peak season as well but where I live, I could have gotten a 2 bedroom beachfront condo for the price we paid for our room at this place.

Good layout of facilities, very nice heated pool, fine restaurant, friendly staff and conveniently located in town. The inhouse restaurant has an excellent selection of finely prepared foods(dinner and breakfast).

The air-conditioned/heater was a little tricky to operate. The should have more coffee packs in room for multi day guests.

Great location, convenient walk straight out into the picturesque part of town to a big choice of shops and restaurants. Spacious rooms, with modern bathroom. Pool & sun terrace available. Covered car park.

Nothing negative to say other than the awful weather that day!

Friendly staff, very clean, lit underground parking, room was small but was very nice inside, great location.

Was noisy at night, our room was at the end of the hallway next to the street.the mattress was very firm.

Loved the location, and the staff was so friendly. The restaurants and shops right below was so prefect to grab a quick bite or coffee.

The beds were rock hard and hard to sleep with all the noise from our neighbors.

Great location, walking distance to many of Ensenada’s most popular attractions.

On one of the main streets in downtown Ensenada. If your room is located on the street side, you will experience some noise issues!

wifi is not the best in case you have to work. But again it’s Ensenada no time to work. ooo the drunk hotel guest getting mad at the staff for making them fill out paper with that is required by hotel policy.
