The property was very clean and everything was in order. Customer service is the number one priority for all the staff. All the staff members were amazing. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. If you have to stay in Tijuana, make this your go to spot.

Key card would stop working from time to time. Could’ve been my wallet or the keycards.

The pool was very cold, they mentioned on their website that it was heated indoor pool and it seemed the three days that we were there it was always cold. I would recommend updating their website or making sure the pool Is running warm like they mentioned in their amenities.

The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. So is the shower. The bed is big and comfortable. The hotel is very close to Tijuana airport and has a shuttle service to the airport. The girls at the reception were very professional and nice

I like that they have pretty much everything to make your stay comfortable and pleasant and the staff it’s always making sure that you feel comfortable and well served they make you feel special

it was overpacked and a little bit out of control, we didn’t get clean towels toilet paper or soap During our stay

I booked through booking.com. I booked for one night at $117 plus taxes. I was charged $4,000.00 pesos at the hotel which is around$200 based on current exchange rates. My credit card now has a pending charge for $196.80 for the room for one night. Someone has made a mistake. I would like this rectified. Since the beginning of the corvid pandemic I have stayed at the Hampton Tijuana multiple times and never have had this problem, as a matter of fact, I keep choosing your hotel due to the the high quality of service and accommodations. The property was just extremely clean , the rooms were perfect for my trip . The Reception staff just so helpful and over all the breakfast was great there staff serving us were just so amazing . The gentleman hugo I believe and all of them for this Sunday’s breakfast crew were just top of the line service

The location is a bit hard to get to being if your not from Tijuana . They should put up sings this way or something that can help us get there withou going in circles . The apps of maps will throw you of it will send it two directions and either one is confusing .

The breakfast here was really good and the staff was very nice and helpful. My stay was pretty short but I loved everything about the hotel. The location was not to far from the center and was near a lot of good restaurants. Will definitely be coming again.

front desk lady was rude and not helpful, is that kind of staff that you can tell that don't like their job , I would consider to hire somebody that is friendly and willing to help customers.

every time that I call the front desk for something the answer was that she couldn't do anything and that i have to wait until next day. Awful customer service skills for this lady.

Staff member was chatting with another female worker, kept us waiting... then he kept asking non-sense questions like we were trying to steal breakfast... lol. We left across the street to get our breakfast.
