The location is great! Sits within the Alameda Otay plaza, which has plenty of entertainment options (bars, restaurants, cinema), shopping options, and it’s in a closed parking place. It’s nearby the US-Mexico border, and it’s right behind the US consulate. Breakfast was ok for the price. The staff was great too, attending to every question with great attitude.

The rooms are not properly clean. Bit of mold in the shower. The towels are old and seem dirty. The wall, inside and outside, are too thin, so you could hear noise - this could be a problem for light sleepers, especially during the weekend when the bars across the street have loud music. Beds are ok, but not super comfortable.

I liked the location. It was very convenient to be close to shopping and hospital.

I didn’t like the fact it only offered 2 twin beds. I would have liked 2 queen beds. That would have been more comfortable. I didn’t like I didn’t have a fridge or microwave in the room and the room was really warm and so was the elevator and lobby. It was much cooler outside the hotel. Late in the night is when it was nice and cool in the room.

I liked the fact that it's in a shopping center, so everything you need is there. Coffee shops restaurants, pharmacy, nightclubs, sports bars, clothing and accessories. Also close to the Oray border. They have security 24/7.

Didn't like the parking, you have to go into the shopping center get a ticket which btw you take with you and the hotel validates. You can hear the noise from the clubs and we were on the top floor back side of hotel, clubs are right in front.

The location, breakfast

I indicated I would be arriving between 2 and 3 pm, I arrived at about 5:30 and my room was not ready yet. Not only did I had to wait over an hour for it to be ready but they sent us to the last floor #6 and our rooms was not next to each other. I had requested via e-mail for 1st floor because I had my disable son with me, they ended up sending us to the last floor because by that time they did not have anything else avail.

we woke up to the fragrant aroma of refried beans, waffles, and a generally heavenly breakfast, prepare downstairs in the lobby and waiting for us. The room was clean, the shower was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

there was no coffee or tea available in the room or available when we checked in. Since there is no coffee maker in the room, it would be nice if this was available in the lobby.

Excellent Location. Everything you want is right here in this plaza. The staff was great. Clean rooms Folks at the front desk, were very helpful and answered any questions I had. My spanish isn’t 100 percent, but they all were very patient with me, and helped anyway they could.

The breakfast was good it had most of the ingredients required for a good breakfast, we were satisfied with the service, and the stuff, we will stay there if we traveling thru Tijuana again, and secure being in the middle of the Plaza, and no problem with parking

lots of noise at 6am with people smashing the doors and talking loud. walls are too thin and the doors are not appropriate, it sounds like the neighbors are entering your own room.

Great. You feel safe. Centrally located to all stores and eating areas. No need to drive. You’ll never have to leave the area to enjoy the weekend.

Music from the local bars stop around 3am. But it’s expected do to the younger crowd and traveling crowd.
