Great room, great location. Was easy to find and plenty of parking. Balcony was overlooking street. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

I was disappointed that the rooftop lounge was not open. We had a room with laminate floor and the floor was uneven. It would have been better if it was carpet. Cheaper for them and easier to clean but not comfortable for the guest. TV did not have HBO or any premium channels. I think they cutting expenses by offering only local channels and apps to view. They did not provide hair conditioner and only 1 shampoo and lotion for one person. We were 2 people. For how much they charge for the rooms, I expected more amenities. Buffet value was not worth it. Next time I will order ala carte.

I loved the room and all the services provide and the common areas were amazing.

I didn't like that so many of the food items had cheese and and dairy products on them. No consideration is shown to people who are lactose intolerant, allergic to dairy or whom are Jewish and cannot mix meat and dairy together. Cheese and other dairy products should be on the side so people who want it can use it while those who don't can opt out of its use.

The food was amazing. Great sushi at the K tower restaurant. Breakfast the Lucerna omlett was fantastic.

They said 619 would be quiet but it's next to the elevator.. I prefer to be closer to K tower corner away from the road and elevator.

The swimming pool at night is beautiful. Walking distance of the Medical Procedure I traveled for. Secured and Clean. Good brunch buffete!

Bit expensive, They were making repairs on our room next door starting at 8am, the noise didn't let us rest well.

It was a very nice and clean resort. I liked it. You had a couple restaurants and a  few bars. Where it made relaxing at the hotel very comfortable without going anywhere else

I didn’t like going to these different bars and they all have different prices on the resort

Comfortable rooms, great pool, services well organized, always a lively and happy atmosphere.

Just wish they would finally finish replacing the elevator (only one is operating - for months).

We frequent Lucerna at least once a year and always enjoy our stay. Our first time in the far building, but the room was great and it had a very large open balcony. The staff is always super friendly and they keep the area very clean. It's an easy Uber to the Chapultepec area and we even walked to the Hidalgo Market for lunch.

Outside of a fire alarm at 6am, it was very quiet and relaxing.

2 things- We went to rooftop bar and where sitting waiting to order drinks when the lady from Sushi removed us and sat us somewhere else she said it was for K boutique? It’s k and lucerna are on same property my money is just as good as everyone else’s! As a paying customer I should be allowed to sit anywhere! 2 thing was we where told there was Elementary coffee etc.. on our floor starting at 6:30 . I went there around 6:50 plus there where 2 other people also - we walked in then this girl very rudely says it’s not open! I said we where told 6:30 and she says we are not ready! She gave me dirty looks not happy with that!
