Very clean property sits in downtown. Very convenient to get around on taxi or Uber

I didn’t like the service provided to us at reception. Not facility issue it was more of the young lady who check us in. Didn’t bother telling us what services they had. Nor did she ask about our vehicles. On our way out we were charged $13 per vehicle because of her negligence.

Love coming here, it’s in a nice area with a good amount of parking, and very clean rooms.

Room didn’t have a fridge which I suppose it’s my fault for not double checking the description. Also didn’t have an iron? Again, I’m sure if I would’ve called room service they would’ve helped me out but I just found it odd that it wasn’t included in the first place.

Cleaning maids were thorough and friendly. Waiters were fast n friendly.. The shower was great and the room was a nice size. You can request a mini fridge. Great location. In middle of grocery store, mall and medical clinics.

That only 1 coffee filter and 1 coffee cup was given for 2 people. Front desk not friendly. Shower n floor slippery, needs nonslip mats.

It was central to the venue where we were having our party. It was affordable. The 6 th floor breakfast for people who get suites.

It has a bit of musky smell to it. The parking exit, they should explain to you or have it listed somewhere that the hotel needs to validate your ticket. You get to the parking exit to be turned around. It’s a hassle.

I like the attention at the bar and restaurant

I didn’t like the attention from the people at the front desk, they are always showing to be unpleasant to check you in. I go over there very often but the good think about it is that I only have to deal with them once.

The room was clean and comfortable, heating worked fine. The property is large, well-maintained, and has plenty of on-site amenities like a convenience store, bar, restaurant, and spa (we did not try any of these). 12pm checkout is fantastic, as well.

It would have been nice to have a microwave, and maybe a small refrigerator, in the room.

The door staff porter was the most helpful man. I didn't meet a more considerate man than him. In fact they were all very helpful but he did over and above. Starbucks on hotel is good for a coffee too. Safe in the room helpful.

Very noisy right at the big roundabout. The glass wasnt sound proof. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable. No fridge in room for this standard hotel it was a shock.

Great location, This is our second time at the hotel Real Inn , we love the hotel so much the 1st time that we decided to come back but oh surprise our Room 1409 was so dirty , shoe marks on the wall on the side of the bed, the bathroom needs some deep deep cleaning so dirty and deteriorated. We had two full beds that where bend, overall I think we had a really bad room but we were so tired since we check in late and we where there for only one night that we did not call to change rooms.

we love the staff, always so attentive ! this is what I think makes the hotel keep in business ! their staff is amazing and polite

the breakfast, was so delicious, was close of all activities I was doing, good parking space, facilities for rent a car in the same place also amazing snack and souvenir store , I was looking for a cute souvenir I find there .

the receptionist doesn’t know the phone number of the office for rental car also I was asking before pay my stay if I can have a room with a View and the answer was they can check for me and I can change the next day , never called me back, I was have everything out from my lounge so I don’t want to lose my time made my lounge back I was stay in the same room.

The location of the hotel is great! I was traveling for business and didn’t want to go far for meals. There’s a mall on one side with tons of restaurants and a Starbucks connected to the hotel which is open late. I arrived two hours early and my room was ready to go which was highly appreciated! Bryan, the receptionist, was also helpful and friendly. The area also seems relatively safe. I noticed that there’s a patrol car parked by the supermarket across from the hotel throughout the night.

The cleanliness could be improved. The duvet and sheets had small stains throughout and the larger pillows had a funky smell. The room was also quite dark. I’m not sure if that’s the vibe they’re going for but additional lighting would be helpful. Although the free wifi is fast, it’s an unsecured connection. This seems like a hotel that’s frequented by people who are traveling for business so it would make sense to offer a secure connection. The hotel says the offer free parking but they charge $20 pesos.
