Great location, This is our second time at the hotel Real Inn , we love the hotel so much the 1st time that we decided to come back but oh surprise our Room 1409 was so dirty , shoe marks on the wall on the side of the bed, the bathroom needs some deep deep cleaning so dirty and deteriorated. We had two full beds that where bend, overall I think we had a really bad room but we were so tired since we check in late and we where there for only one night that we did not call to change rooms.

we love the staff, always so attentive ! this is what I think makes the hotel keep in business ! their staff is amazing and polite

the breakfast, was so delicious, was close of all activities I was doing, good parking space, facilities for rent a car in the same place also amazing snack and souvenir store , I was looking for a cute souvenir I find there .

the receptionist doesn’t know the phone number of the office for rental car also I was asking before pay my stay if I can have a room with a View and the answer was they can check for me and I can change the next day , never called me back, I was have everything out from my lounge so I don’t want to lose my time made my lounge back I was stay in the same room.

The location of the hotel is great! I was traveling for business and didn’t want to go far for meals. There’s a mall on one side with tons of restaurants and a Starbucks connected to the hotel which is open late. I arrived two hours early and my room was ready to go which was highly appreciated! Bryan, the receptionist, was also helpful and friendly. The area also seems relatively safe. I noticed that there’s a patrol car parked by the supermarket across from the hotel throughout the night.

The cleanliness could be improved. The duvet and sheets had small stains throughout and the larger pillows had a funky smell. The room was also quite dark. I’m not sure if that’s the vibe they’re going for but additional lighting would be helpful. Although the free wifi is fast, it’s an unsecured connection. This seems like a hotel that’s frequented by people who are traveling for business so it would make sense to offer a secure connection. The hotel says the offer free parking but they charge $20 pesos.

The staff in the morning brunch was excellent. Very nice and attentive. Clean room and facility.

Check in took 45 mins. 1 person checking in and he had a bad attitude. There was a concert for grupo firme a few miles down so I think you guys should have prepared with more staff. We ordered room service at 1 am and food never came. Other than that everything was really good.

This is my second time staying at the Real Inn and I love its location and the accommodations. You can't beat the price, and the rooms are always clean. I also really like that they have a restaurant and bar on-site and that they offer free parking. Its proximity to the border and a shopping center and plenty of food options are great added bonuses!

My only wish would be that I could get ice for myself, rather than having to call room service any time I want some. Also, it would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

The property was clean and the staff offered great customer service. Also the property is nice and quiet! (:

I order their specialty entree “Cordon Bleu” and was extremely disappointed. The fries are cold, the vegetables are old, and the chicken taste horrible. This was the only negative experience from my stay.

Great location, easy parking.

The mattress was worn out in room 1406. Time to change it. It's petty, but when you book through booking.com you get a certain USD price, but then when you get there and pay the hotel plays with the exchange rate. So you end up paying $5 USD more.

The room is clean , electric key cards, friendly staff , free parking, they check for high temperature on your hand and ask to put on sanitizer. Friendly cleaning service just note you have to put up the sign to clean or do not disturb. A mini mart next door. A Starbucks’s out the door and shopping center in the front great

Not a lot of communication at check it they didn’t mention about the parking pass you need to get free parking, the staff and people were always smoking at the door to the hotel beer bottles were in the parking lot all around. The restaurant is open to the public and the bar too so there were strangers at the lobby all the time that didn’t stay at the hotel. No valet.the parking is shared with people that are not of the hotel didn’t like I had to walk to the front door and not the side parking lot door to get my room faster.

Everything was outstanding! From the staff members, to the hotel itself! I loved that they included parking at no extra cost. I wish I had the time to try out the bar that is in the lobby downstairs but unfortunately didn't have the time to do so. Venue all in all was great! They are also super on top of COVID and are strict with temperature checks along with wearing masks on the premises.

I wish breakfast would have been included honestly.. The lower level elevators were shut off later in the evening which was unfortunate because coming from the parking lot you had to walk up the escalator into the main lobby area in order to get to an elevator. I didn't like having to walk allll the way around and out of the garage to enter through the front doors when there was an entrance into the hotel from the parking garage itself but that was locked shut. More towels would have been nice too. We also called for ice a few times and received it hours later.

Everything was great from the location, to the staff and the inside of the hotel and hotel rooms. Another thing we liked was our bartender Gerardo he made a delicious Michelada a perfect night cap.
