Daily sheet changing. I stayed two weeks and my sheets were changed daily. Some hotels won’t do that. I often switch beds in a hotel to sleep in clean bedding. The front spoke English. The staff was very helpful.

The cleaning staff sprayed bleach after they cleaned. That smelled lingered. The walls are thin. One morning I heard a guest vomit for a long time. I thought he was going to get really sick. Finally I heard him open his door, get on his motorcycle, and vroom away—all from my room. I heard a lot of stuff. The price was high. I intended to change hotels, but I decided to stay because I would have had to hire a taxi to get to the clinic.

The place was nice and plenty of parking spaces.

We got an extremely noisy room, next to the Main Street and I quickly asked to be moved to a different location. The receptionist refused and she claimed that the hotel was all booked. I doubt it and then double checked with room service lady. She said she just finished cleaning many rooms on the quiet side (back side). I went back with a different receptionist and asked to please be moved and they refused. I few minutes later, they came back to my room and moved me.

Very close to the ASC (or CAS), so perfect to stay at while getting your fingertips and photo taken for your visa. Very spacious and staff was incredibly friendly.

The towels smelled funky and left lint on the skin after using them (also,. very dubious they choose brown-colored towels). Beds might be uncomfortable for tall people, because they are kinda short.

The property’s location is near various points of interest.

There’s nothing wrong about the property itself. However, the noise level of the surrounding area is somewhat disturbing at night,might have been a nightclub in the vicinity. I am aware that this is completely out of the the property ownership’s control. Maybe equipping the property with noise canceling features in the future would be a great idea, just a suggestion.

The staff was friendly, they paperwork was fast and they show me to my room immediately, the room was clean, t looked like everything was new! I forgot my phone charger and the attendant offer to go purchase one for me at a store nearby. Overall I loved it! I only stayed in overnight, and left early the next day, it would had been nice if I could stayed till check out because it was avery comfortable room.

The only one thing bad was that the hotel pool was being worked on and the construction noice started really early, I had to leave early so it didn't bother me.

Very friendly and professional staff, great service, very clean room. Very close to a lot of good quality restaurants with in walking distance.

Empty shampoo and liquid soap bottles in the shower, plus they are fixed to the wall, no soap dish either, but since I stayed for only one night it was no big deal.

Loved the small town feel, verses huge city skyscraper . The room was nicely arranged for comfort .

A friendlier front desk personell would have been nice. A map of the local area for daily wandering would have been nice too. The smoking tent could have been placed more pleasantly away from the busy street with some trees.

I love the upgrade on the hotel… love the hospitality how clean it is and let’s not forget about the restaurants and bar in the hotel, also the pool are very clean and nice no complain.

I have no negative comments honestly I love everything about this hotel

The hotel is located in a central point where you can walk to great restaurants and some shopping. Bars and Dance places are nearby and a short drive to the main malls.

Beds are super hard. I felt like I slept on bricks. The restroom/bathroom is very small and I noticed the floor grout was dirty in many places.

staff, area,parking,a/c,check, taxi, swimming pool, restaurant/bar...this place has it all

No fridge, but at my time of check, I don't remember if it was a option or not..definitely asking next time
