The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The view was beautiful.

I didn't like that they didn't have an AC/heater unit. The room was a bit cold at night. A mini fridge would have been nice as well.

Wonderful view, food was always very good. We returned because we were happy with our first visit!! Reception guy was most delightful!

One of the waiters was way to serious - on his cell phone. Others, exp breakfast staff were very attentive. Also, the toilet in our first room was loose at the base so we asked for another room, and we were switched to another room. The knobs on the closets in both rooms were missing one?

Everything! the pools, the grounds, the bar and fire pits…everything needed for a sensational and relaxing getaway! Also, Marta at the front desk is AMAZING!!! please keep her there! She is such a ray of light and so incredibly helpful! I had an accident during my stay and she went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and doing well. She’s truly a treasure!

Nothing! I’ve been coming here for years and love everything about Las Rocas property! The only suggestion I have is maybe bringing the restaurant’s food standard up a bit to match some of the 4 and 5 star restaurants now in and around Rosarito. But the food now is still good - especially breakfast! Get the chiliquiles! Also, some of the security and staff were rude and made personal comments of a not nice nature about my accident to me. Very unprofessional, however, Marta more than made up for that!

The view from our standard room was amazing! It's a very pretty property. The pools were nice sized and the smaller one was heated + great for little ones. Both restaurants were very good. The breakfast that is included is substantial. It's outside of the city so it's fairly quiet.

Honestly everything was pretty perfect, except the noise from the highway in our standard room. The walls were very thin. We had a family member stay in a juinor suite. It was very roomy with more amenities and much quieter. If you have the $$ I'd stay in one.

Amenities like jaccuzi, pool, craft beer bar Los Reyes, a complamentary margarita and a free American breakfast

A housekeeper knocked on the door way too early, I am assuming that she thought the room vacant. She could easily have an accupancy roster from the front desk. Someone was loud at night, it seemed like the room next door, like he got locked out by their companion and was trying to get back into the room by pleading . No cable tv, just air channels. I choose to stay there because of the closeness to the ocea n not because of the rooms luxuries or lack their of. Furniture is old some.draws dont work. Small tv. Very austere

The view is fantastic, the facility is clean, the food is excellent, and the staff is great.

No key for the glass door to the pool, needed to exit by the front door and go around if wanted to lock up our room. No repairs/renovations such as: rock' stairs to the beach missing, and no panels, rails or fence for assistance/protection when going down. Towels were clean but old, really thin. The corner room we got didn't have a terrace, as mentioned in the add. Some of the acrylic panels around the pool were missing.

The views are beautiful and that every room has a balcony. The gratuity margarita was a nice touch. The room was clean and spacious and had a heater and a fan that both are used during the day. The breakfast is ok you can upgrade and pay the difference. The front desk people were really good getting me an excellent taxi service to Tijuana's airport.

Some common areas were not clean, the waiter at the restaurant was rude and in general the three times I had breakfast there my table was basically ignored. The front desk should tell you from the beginning that drinks are not included in the "free" breakfast, not a big deal specially because there is nothing around so you are anyway stuck there at that time of the morning. They gave us just two towels and the shower curtain was falling all the time because the bathroom would get extremely humid and was not attached properly. The place seems like it had better days... So bad because the location is beautiful and the infrastructure is already there just needs some touch ups.

Wanted a getaway close to home and have never visited Las Rocas. Lovely outdoor pools and hot tubs, one infinity overlooking the ocean. Beautiful grounds, good food, great free Amercan brekkie. Brought Fiona, the little one-eyed service dog and everyone doted on her. Nice kingsized bed, big shower, shampoo and soap provided. All in all, we were very happy on our little ground floor private patio.

The pillows were sad, like the ones you get at Walmart for three bucks. Also, there are a lot of loose tiles and bricks. I took a bad fall coming back from dinner, but they had a team of medics there in minutes.

Room was very clean with a nice little balcony and view of the ocean. Close to both the City of Rosarito and Puerto Nuevo. Location had a very nice patio, pools and outdoor bar.

It would have been nice to have an ironing board and iron in the room. The breakfast was served cold. It wasn't that busy so there was no excuse for it to be served cold.
