for this recent visit I stayed in the casita and I have to say that it was beautiful! the balcony over looked the ocean and the most important, it had amazing AC! I have stayed here many times and never knew of these little casitas. the casitas are the only rooms that have AC and I will only book these rooms going forward. Also when you book here make sure to get the free breakfast! they give you vouchers to eat at their restaurant.the food is very good. I love the location of this hotel! it is affordable and near the beach, food and bars with great music. If you are looking for a quiet ambiance, this will not be for you. The music from the bars is extremely loud until about 3am. I used some earplugs and it didn’t even phase me. The employees were extremely nice and helpful! we arrived a few hours before check in and they were able to get us checked it. I like that they give you wristbands and they don’t let anyone up who is not wearing one… there is underground parking and they have security 24/7 down there.

I have to say the only thing I did not like is that the Wi-Fi did not work in our room. I have been to this hotel many of times and went in already knowing that the Wi-Fi only works in the lobby. however when we checked in they told us we had Wi-Fi and it never worked. So I wasn’t too disappointed because we were actually paying a little more for the AC (casita) and it did not disappoint, at all! I just wish they could get with the times and have Wi-Fi everywhere in the hotel besides just the lobby. you got this Plaza Festival!

Location and view were nice.

Staff did not speak any english and they were extemly rude. They did not offer any breakfast tickets as I was promised and I paid for additional tickets $7.00 each/ which only included fruit and coffee no real food. It would have been cheaper for me to pay for my own food ordering a omlette would have been less then $7.00. The rooms did not have any washclothes in it and floors were not swept. No hot water for the shower.

The location was great, if your going to party this is it. We didn’t have to move our car at all for the 4 nights that we stayed. Everything was walking distance to go out to eat, go out for a drink, or any clubs. It was so convenient to be able to go back to the hotel and change anytime. Also make sure you request a room with a view. Those are the nice ones because they are remodeled you get an amazing view of the beach on the top floor.

Few things about the room that could have made it better is having a mini fridge, microwave, and a safe, that would have been useful. Also I didn’t get why we had to pay extra for bringing extra people if we are going to be in the same room. But good thing it was only a one time thing.

I didn’t like that we had to pay for a wristband if it got lost or add a person. Makes no sense if I pay for my hotel stay and it’s not a club we are going into it’s a Hotel. Would recommend to at this go away. Also pay for parking if I pay for hotel this factor should come included with one room one parking space.

The hotel, rooms and location are great. Although, behind the hotel are all the night clubs that have full blown loud DJ music till 4:00am and they did not even have a lot of clients, the clubs where empty; not a lot of tourist but the music and DJ sounded as if they were on the balcony and we just could not get a good night sleep. Thus it does not matter how the room looks and if the bed is comfortable, the noise was too loud to get a good night sleep.

it was super close to papas and beer. The beds were comfortable. Staff was nice.

we had lost our key the first night first they said it was 20 if we lost a key. We should’ve been given two keys per room when we checked in. The next day we went to get a new key and said it was 10 which we saved 10 but said two different prices. Then we’re not allowed to bring anyone to the hotel that isn’t a guest. We have to pay for someone to stay over? Since when do hotels do that?

I have been staying here since 2017 we loved it staff location service.

What has me very upset is that I wasn’t given the service I always do. I usually arrive between 9or1 since I’m coming from Sacramento I was told I can check in early and the front desk lady had us waiting in the lobby till 2pm what’s the purpose of check in at 3 that’s a whole day waiting specially when you have a 10 hr drive. We saw other people getting rooms at like 12 but she was just rude and needs to be trained like the other girls who don’t mind taking care of their customers.

The room was very clean with fresh towels. The television worked and the room had a great view. Everything is updated and very well maintained. They have plenty of security on the property. It felt like a safe place to stay right in the heart of of Everything

The parking was limited. The music from the club was so loud kept us up until almost 5 in the morning. Maybe having sound proof windows would help eliminate some of the noise.You do have to pay for parking of $5 US not to bad. Parking is limited on site and they have 2 other parking locations off site. The

I like that it was really close to the beach lots of restaurants and places nearby where you can go visit and sight see, overall very nice location

The parking, they had parking in front of the property and private underground parking, but when both are full you have to park out back in a lot

Exceeded my expectations. Great room with ocean views and nearby everything. Did not seem old or worn down as mentioned in other reviews and hot tub and breakfast was nice too!

Had to pay a lot of extra money to have 3 people stay in the room but the 3rd person didn't even get the breakfast ticket and they only had 1 key for the 3 of us so not sure why I have to pay extra for that? Also would have been nice if there was a fridge and AC in the room.
