location. lots of restaurants and stores close by. cottage cheese very nice touch.!!

breakfast could have more variety and it ran out or stuff a lot. and no donuts or muffins or bagels etc. pancakes would be nice. egges scrambled could be better. plain scrambled better then what we got. not bad but plain scrambled egges could be better. shades on windows should be reversed. the shades hav to be closed all teh way down for the street not to see us in our room. should be the other way around. open from top to bottom. so people on the street in the parking lot can see in the room.

The hotel is in a great spot within an outdoor shopping mall. So many food choices, walking distance from hotel. Including a wallmart. Paid secure parking, hotel validates. . The hotel is very clean. The staff was very nice. The rooms were nice. Favorite part is that the pool is open 24 hours and is heated. Will definitely return with my family.Breakfast was good. Close to the beach.

Location, facility was clean.

The towels and beddings are not very clean. Towels smells bad like it was left in the machine for a long time and then dry.

They had a good variety for breakfast. Including eggs

No heaters in the room froze every night for three nights. Toilet needed attention it would not flush correctly two of the three days. They would come up and fix it but it was annoying through the night

is secure and quiet, the room was clean. Room service was quick. and the hotel is inside a shopping center, and walking distance to a movie theater, restaurants, and retail stores.

No fridge, or coffee maker, and there is no reserved parking spaces for the hotel, so the ones going to the shopping stores can take all the space and you have to park a little away from the hotel during the day, at nighttime that is not an issue. the staff is attentive, but not overly friendly. note: the parking pass you have to give it to front desk to scan every time you leave the parking lot. otherwise they have machines that charge $10-$35 pesos.

Breakfast was good enough. Room was clean, and AC worked well. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom worked fine.

Our first room had a very bad odor and we asked them to fix it, and when it didn't work, they gave us another room. We believe the ventilation there was lacking, but the new room was fine.

Checking in was super easy. Our room was easy to access. Free breakfast in the morning was decent and convenient. Checking out was also easy. Free parking was a plus. Only stayed one night so everything went well.

I booked through booking, needed to change my dates but was going back and forth with booking and the staff at the hotel. In the end, my reservation dates never got changed or canceled. I had to book a different reservation in order to stay.

Facility very clean and modern ! Staff was very nice and helpful! There parking is great and location! There are lots of restaurants and shops ! And a very safe area to walk shop and dine!

I liked how the guy at the front desk was full of energy and very kind even though we checked in at almost 2am, it made me feel like I made a good choice in booking.

The ac started leaking water like crazy throughout the morning til checkout, mentioned it to the two women at the front desk but they seemed unfazed by the problem.

Once I received access to the right room, things were much better. The location is close walking distance to several entertainment and food options.

I didn't like being sent to the wrong room. I didn't like the lack of tv entertainment but i get it. The hotel wants you to explore the city because that's the point of traveling.
